  11. they deliver water and they raised their rate by combining their 12 operating divisions into one. Ours was the only profitable division and they raised our rates to make up the shortfalls. ALl I can say is the water is very hard and they are to cheap to put in softening systems.

  18. Some agents actually care about their customers. Lorie ,Amber,Ferry helped me FINALLY after calling 12 times to get my meter checked for leaks. I had no leaks and my meter was just read wrong. Ever since Utilities Inc acquired the company the rates have risen precipitously while consumers have no recourse due the the monopolistic nature of water utilities.
