This was my first visit to this clinic, seeing Dr. Mastman whom a family member sees and who was recommended by a friend. Would highly recommend— caring physician and with great communication with patients.
I have had a great experience here. The people at the front desk and on the phone are always friendly and efficient, and the doctor diagnosed and resolved and long standing problem I’d had with my eyes.

It took a long time to get glasses filled. Mine took a whole month. It’s very hard to reach the staffs when I called to check the status of the glasses.They also didn’t call me back when I left messages or call me when the glasses arrived. They probably are very badly understaffed.
I’m commenting on the opticians office, and the service is very bad here, their selection is good, but really one of the worst places I’ve had to deal with. I will not come back for contacts or eye glasses.
