The staff lied to me about my insurance coverage and now I owe them a $1000. Tripple check with your insurance before you go here if you HAVE to. Otherwise get your scans somewhere else. The main doctor is kind and knowledgeable at least, but they clearly just want your money.
Everyone was extremely professional and caring. I read the last couple of reviews and am chagrined that people don’t understand their healthcare insurance, and then blame providers like Silicon Valley MRI. They were pleasant, knowledgeable and caring. Great communication. Great staff.
