Horrible record keeping regarding payment history, poor customer service(even from the branch manager), little to no technology upgrades regarding the use or transfer of money… only keeping my account until loan payment for vehicle is done then I’m immediately leaving this poor excuse of a reputable credit union!
Unnecessary in person meetings and a poor understanding of accepted safety procedures during covid has made me avoid this place. There’s technology to solve this, but they choose not to implement it. I plan to be open to returning in several months.
This bank is probably the worse bank i EVER had! Tell you when where and how you can spend your hard earn money . Want them to notify you when you are going out of town or trying to transfer money to a different account. Don’t let you take out large amounts at the bank! They are so controlling and i don’t recommend this bank to NOBODY.

Not good for having your pay for direct deposits. Not once but twice was my direct deposit canceled when my employer tried to deposit into my account. I’ve been using this credit union since I was 14. Never any problems and great service. Dunno why there are bad reviews. I switch jobs often and have never had any problem receiving my detect deposit after giving my employer a voided check.
