Dr. Babarati is an excellent Doctor! He is pleasant and easy to deal with, some of his clerical staff members unfortunately are not! They are rude and tactless! Because of his staff, I felt forced to find another Gastrointerologist!
I tried getting an appointment for my severe stomach problems and the women i spoke with was completly rude with a disgusting attitude and talked to me like i was a child. Ill never be going to that buulding.
Absolutely pathetic! Ignorant staff! Said the test was covered by my insurance, then sent me a $190 bill. Did every test they suggested with no resolution to the problem.
I have been going to the Jefferson Hills Gastroenterologist for years, I have never been treated with more respect then I am from all the staff, they don’t hesitate to answer any of my questions or concerns. And the Doctor Kurmar and Dr Burbatti are absolutely fantastic!!!
I’m currently under the care of Bridger Clarke, M.D. I found him to be succinct, direct, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, meticulous and courteous. He’s a matter-of-fact, no-nonsense kind of physician. Couldn’t ask for more.

Dr. Barbati is personable and thorough. I am happy my physician referred me to him. Dr. Clarke consulted on a specific issue. I like him, too. Both men are very professional yet personable people.
I love Dr. Howard Wilen he is so down to earth and explains everything you need to know in regular language so you understand your situation! He spends time with you! Does not rush out of the room! Highly recommend him knows his stuff! Girls in the office are very helpful!!!
I have been going to this office for years. The office staff has always treated me wonderful. Dr. Kumar and his nurse Kristen are amazing. They listened to me, helped me in any way they could. I could not ask for a better GI Dr especially with all of my issues. I’m so happy with them. ❤

I had to call their office multiple times over the years when I needed to have them mail or fax in a replacement blood work order prior to my appointment. It has never been an issue for them (as long as you don’t call around lunch time, but you can say that for most doctor offices). As Dr. Barbati, very friendly to talk to.
Dr barbati is the first one to listen to what is wrong with me. Other gasto dr would say let’s try the medication your allergic anyway. After I told him I was allergic to it he said I’m putting in your chart not to use that or any sister of it.

I have for the past 20+ years gone to this practice and have always been very happy with both the staff and Dr. Barbati. I am surprised to see the negative comments about the staff. They have always been polite and helpful when I have called.

Ultrasound tech very pleasant,informative,thorough. Took time to answer many of my questions. Very efficient lab/diagnostic experience.
