What kind of bank closes at 4pm? After being suck in traffic to get there, I get there at 4:10 and the employees won’t even acknowledge my needs. I have no idea when I’ll be able to find time to get back downtown again, but I’ll be closing my account and never do business with them again.

Allegent FCU –> very appropriate acronym for them LOL. IF you manage to get a hold of customer service, and that’s a big IF, they are unbelievably inept. I just switched my direct deposit to another bank. CEO is too busy buying companies to be bothered with customer service. Goodbye!
Extremely concerned & annoyed. Similar to other reviewers I was a Riverset member that converted over. Have not been able to access my accounts & no one is answering the phone. I have spent collectively hours on hold this week & am extremely concerned and alarmed.
I wish I could give it a zero rating. I am another hostage Riverset customer. I have spent days trying to get through to Alligent’s non existent customer service. I’m so disgusted that I’ve already started the process of switching banks. I was a Riverset member for nearly 40 years!
I have tried on two occasions to call this credit union. The first time, I was on hold from 2:30p until they closed at 4p. No one ever took the call. The next day, I called at 1:30p and was on hold until 2:30p. Again, never spoke to an agent. I don’t have all day to sit on hold, and I am not impressed at all with this credit union.
