Have went downhill considerably. Few remaining staff are wonderful but no one answers the phone. Like ever. I’m simply trying to pay my bill. You’d think getting paid would be a priority for them. Apparently not.
Two words: Freaking awful. This office doesn’t call you back, communication is terrible, staff is NOT trained in patient care. Basically you have zero confidence that you are getting good medical care. I am out >>> Go to Boston and save yourself the grief.
