Having a hard time getting info about my account.. Nobody knows the right answers and they always have to call back..There has to be another person beside the office to call. Been going through this for months. Thinking about moving to another bank..
They locked me out of my account, without any justification! What’s worse is they don’t have a 24 hour service, for the card to be unlocked. How am I supposed to buy my child’s diapers?! Horrible!
They barely explain the details of how to log into the app they wouldn’t help me when my login wouldn’t work and I wanted to reset my password and user name and the company has gone very downhill from my mothers generation very disappointed they need to hire more staff to be able to accommodate people
Poor customer service in regards to explanation. Extreme paper work required for loans compared to other credit unions. Also did not seem willing to help and felt as if it was bothersome to ask for help with gathering this information.
I’ve been with this bank since I was able to open my own account and I cant say there’s one thing I dislike keep up the great work Pioneer Valley Credit Union!

Went thru the process of refinancing my home mortgage. To many people involved handed off from one person to another at least 5 different contacts involved and at the last minute just before signing the account got hacked and nobody available to call.
I’ve been a part of this credit union for years. They have the best rates around. I’m always telling my friends about their low car rates. Personally, they had the best car rate around for the SUV I bought a few years back.

Do NOT go through this credit union. I signed up for an account so I could get a loan however it’s almost impossible to get ahold of someone and even when you do you get NO help. I’ve never had such a bad experience with a credit union until I opened an account here.
I have NEVER EVER heard of any banking institution holding a check for a day or two(payroll, government, etc)!!! No matter what kind of check it may be???!!
Other than this, I am sure the CU is fine.
