They barely explain the details of how to log into the app they wouldn’t help me when my login wouldn’t work and I wanted to reset my password and user name and the company has gone very downhill from my mothers generation very disappointed they need to hire more staff to be able to accommodate people

  5. Poor customer service in regards to explanation. Extreme paper work required for loans compared to other credit unions. Also did not seem willing to help and felt as if it was bothersome to ask for help with gathering this information.

  15. Do NOT go through this credit union. I signed up for an account so I could get a loan however it’s almost impossible to get ahold of someone and even when you do you get NO help. I’ve never had such a bad experience with a credit union until I opened an account here.
