This is BS!! You call the first time, they give you an option of them calling you back. You make a payment, have to call them back to verified you paid and you SIT ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR!!!! NO call back option!! WTF
Spoke to customer service about being billed twice. The customer service rep was very rude and even heard him chuckle a bit to himself about the situation. He told me its not there problem and that i should speak with my bank. Even though we energies was the recipient of the payments. Horrible place and criminal.

I think the company is a pretty good company but it would make everything easier if they just made an app where you can pay cancel and ask for services needed at home with a gps system that allows you to see when they are on the way to work on your electric or gas

All for renewable energy so long as they are profiting. When it comes to customer owned solar panels, suddenly they make it really difficult. One, single, for-profit company should not have control over such services as electricity.
Rate hike of 11% in 2023 is terrible. My energy bill went up by 25% though and used less energy. There are many better viable renewable sources to use such as solar, wind, tidal, geothermal and nuclear.
I was gone from my home for 3 weeks of the billing cycle. Everything was unplugged and the thermostat was set to 55 degrees in the winter. I get back to a bill that was higher than the previous month. Not paying it. There is no possible way that my bill would be higher. Fraudulent.
You’d think a tenant change would be a simple procedure that happens quite often. 9 calls in 1 month, to correct my account, reupdate budget billing, getting tenants billing statements to my address. It will be interesting to see what’s not right yet this week. ……..?
