We bought our appliances from Cullen’s 18 years ago when we built our new home. We remembered the great experience. Yesterday we were back to replace those items. Remarkably, Marsha, the same person we worked with years ago, helped us with our selections again.
Had a washer break 2 months out of warranty and they won’t pay a dime or help get a hold of lg. The rep didn’t offer anything basically said that I was out of luck. Would never go back. A washer should last more than a year and 2 months. They wouldn’t stand behind it.

I have never had a worse experience. Bought all new appliances. Told them to check every one before they delivered for damages. Of course my stove had a huge dent in it box looked like it was in a demo derby. Dish washer missing parts, and also has scratches in it. Poor customer service, everyone is too busy.
