I received a $100.00 bill for two missed appointments I did not schedule. I called to have this corrected and was Blamed for scheduling and missing the appointments. I will not bring my children back to this office.
Absolutely love this place! Been going here since I was a baby and will definitely be taking my future children here. Every time I come here it’s like going to grandmas house! I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else to go and everyone here is so nice and funny
Called here inquiring about a new patient consult for my children and the lady at the other end of the line basically talked me out of going to this practice. Kept telling me how long it takes to get an appt. and that I can expect to be on hold for multiple minutes when calling the office. BYE
All the physicians there are wonderful. However, it is absolutely a horror to get in unless you book months in advance. I can not even get in for a nurse visit easy.

The Dr s are amazing here .The med assistant’s, not so much. Nothing wrong, they are just not as friendly as I’ve experienced elsewhere. But, anytime I have a question or concern the drs take their time and make sure we’re on the same page about everything. Even after hours, they are prompt.

I love the doctor we see but since switching to under Columbus children’s it’s impossible to get the care you want. They are open on Saturdays but you can’t get in or speak with anyone because it transfers you to children’s. It’s awful talking with them and usually their solution is go to the ER which is not always needed.
