Not really sure how someone is suppose to make a payment when the line keep saying it’s busy and online payments keep declining my card! I’ve been calling and trying to pay since yesterday and have been calling for the past 30mins!
Would not help me when I had a hardship. Messaged them and sent them documentation that clearly showed what they needed. Unfortunately, I’m stuck now with people who don’t care about your issues and are money hungry. Don’t recommend this place at all!
They sold the car thro another dealer and put it on my credit 3 years. Later it still on my credit saying the same balance on there after they sold it and it say it closed on there but I’ll never go there again
Falsely reports information on your credit. My husband, best friend and I will never use this company again. We went and got a new car. This place is absolutely horrible .
