No reason for VEC to spray herbicide on this cedar tree! – clearly the tree is in a maintained lawn area and the tree is NO THREAT to the power line. Bonehead move.
Very unreliable. They do not maintain the equipment and keep trees clear of lines. Goes out every time wind blows as trees always falling on Lines or equipment failed.
This makes the 5th time in the past 2 months the power has went out. Seriously, there is no reason for this. Why am I even paying an electric bill if it’s going out all the time?
Power outages at least 5 or more times a year. Some have taken days to fix. Would love to have AUB as an alternative option. Completely ridiculous company.

Had service with them for years. Our power is cheaper than almost any other state. Never had an issue and the workers are very personable if you see them out in town.

3 days in a row of power outages. Absolutely amazing how bad this company is. Not only that, I know they charge us for power we aren’t using. We had solar panels put in that covers almost all our electricity and our power bill hasn’t changed at all. What a scam company!

Power outage three days in a row. You couldn’t make this up if you tried. Have they ever trimmed a tree back from the lines. They haven’t where I live. I guess when your the only option quality service doesn’t matter. But you better not be late on your bill.

Surges and spikes are daily with outages through out the year. I have complained but nothing ever changes.
