It’s a nice office but they take forever and a day to get anything done. I had an appointment at 1:15 today. It’s almost three and I am still waiting to be seen. Very frustrating. If they are running behind someone needs to open their mouths and say something. If I wouldn’t be charged for cancellation I would get up and walk out.
Our appointment was at 11am we was out by 12:20 this was our first appointment and also dealing with my 5 year old autistic child who doesn’t cooperate very well and also scheduling his surgery! Highly recommend them Dr cutter-peck was super sweet and understanding of my lil boy being scared!

I had a good experience. I was treated well by everyone. The doctor was very thorough. I didn’t have to wait in the lobby too long (maybe 20 mins). I needed my tear duct irrigated. I got the care I needed and I have no complaints. I will gladly come back even though I hope I won’t have to.

Saw Smoak…original appt 7/1. Made several calls through 8/10 to set cataract surgery. All set and their office said everything covered by my ins plan…bought expensive eye drops then rec’d call that ins would not cover and needed to start all over. So I did-elsewhere. I do not recommend! Also eye drops not necessary!!!!!
