We have banked with NW for over 40 years and we love it but…the new system upgrade is not as user friendly nor as informative. Difficult to maneuver and down often making you log in multiple times. Needs some work and better menu options.
This is the slowest bank ever! Just to deposit you get to wait 15 minutes……. don’t come here! The staff is rude, just all around horrible customer service!
Been with them for over 2 years never had a late or missed a payment asked if I could skip a payment due to loss of hours and they denied me.I will never go through them again.
These guys are so awesome! They treat people as just that. People. People make mistakes and people move forward. Big banks make it impossible to do so and I just can’t say enough about how grateful I am to have an account with NW Plus (NW TELCO)

This financial chain was alright for the past few years, but then I got fed up with it.
The most infuriating part of my experience is the strict security around buying things online. Another issue is the lack of compatibility with financial apps that I want to use.
I have been with NWPCU for more than a decade. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. Bank policies, hours and complete unwillingness to assist people on the other hand are a serious problem with this institution.
Ever since this CU took over All City CU things have deteriorated. They don’t answer the phone, they actually told me they were not interested in opening an additional account for me, and they are not helpful. I’ve been a member since 1995 and I will be moving all of my accounts somewhere else.
This is without a doubt the best bank I have worked with. I would recommend them to anyone. I have 3 accounts, a loan through them and feel like family when I walk in the bank. Their employees are very helpful, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy my needs.
This bank does not know how to handle the process if your card is automatically stopped due to automatic fraud detection. This has happen to me over 20 times over a year and its a constant battle to have access to MY money. I work out of state, so my debit card is a must have life line.
Don’t bother with this place, they have a guy that works the window at Lake Stevens that is a rude self serving little P.O.S. I will be closing my account and moving to BECU or another credit union where the people aren’t so rude, including people who you call to explain the circumstances, what a mess.
