They use a CALL CENTER. YOU WILL NEVER talk to a relevant person if you need to make any appointment changes. You know how much you hate calling PSE? Multiply that by 10, you get this place.

I was told they accepted my insurance. I was told they took new patients. When I called for an appt, I verified these facts, but was told I needed a referral. I got one. When I called to make an appointment I was told that they didn’t take my insurance.
The doctor was sort of conceited to me, after briefly checking the ostensible symptom, he would define the root cause right away. Some part of body even had no symptoms but he would describe it as horrible and serious, which made no sense to me.
Dr. Morrison and the staff were awesome. She provided detailed answers and was very helpful. They took me back for my appointment in a very prompt and timely manner. I will definitely go there again in the future.

I was told they accepted my insurance. I was told they took new patients. When I called for an appt, I verified these facts, but was told I needed a referral. I got one. When I called to make an appointment I was told that they didn’t take my insurance.
The doctor was sort of conceited to me, after briefly checking the ostensible symptom, he would define the root cause right away. Some part of body even had no symptoms but he would describe it as horrible and serious, which made no sense to me.
