Didn’t understand why upon registration they give you tablet to register, it asks why your there gives a body to show where your problem is and tell what hurts. Then clerk up front asks the same question you just answered, then when they take you in they ask same questions a 3rd time.

Vital Care was comfortable and clean and a saving grace compared to the others. It is now my new “go to” place for all things medical!

I’ve been taking my family there for 3 years. We prefer them over our regular doctor. Attentive, caring and efficient. In and out in 30 minutes for almost every visit. They are patient and kind with my special needs son. They even call 3 days later to check on you.
Extremely timely and professional staff! I was in town on business and fell ill and Vital took good care of me. The physitian spent plenty of time in the room and genuinely cared about my well-being. Later the next day she personally followed up with me to make sure I was feeling better. I would highly recommend this business!

Vital Care must provide some customer service training to their staffs, especially to front desk ladies sitting at Kent St, Midland. Thy have to learn how to respectful and polite. They always have a attitude if we ask for any doctors note or for something.

Made an appointment filled out all the information for the visit ,wanted a good part of the day and as soon as I walked in they decided it was a good time to tell me I couldn’t get tested for covid. When they could have told me when I made the appointment. I’ll never go back.
I went to vital care on Kent St for a bad cut on my knee. The staff, nurses and doctors there were amazing. I thought it would take a long time. From the time i walked to the time I walked out with 9 stitches was less than 1 hour. The staff was friendly and professional. We need more places like this in Midland
The staff was great. My provider was great as well. I was not impressed with the fact that I couldn’t get a steroid shot without a covid test. They don’t test every patient for HIV before giving them a shot. In the defense of the provider on duty I’m sure it’s a company policy. I will not return.

Do not go here. They are heartless. They denied a 3 year old sick child because they said I owed a $180 co-pay even when my plan does not require a co-pay. They said if I didn’t pay my son couldn’t be seen. I am one that will pay my bill but do not like asking for money before even being seen. They insisted I pay or not be seen.
