Just raised monthly charge by 25% out of the blue. Expensive, but at least there are frequent breakdowns and rude people. Also they charge just for sending a paper statement. We are actively looking for a different service.
Worst Internet I’ve ever had if they don’t blame it on your router witch we’ve went through 3 of them they say that you need to upgrade biggest joke in the world
Bad place it lagg very bad download speed suck i have to wait 3 days to download small files cant do school work very slow i called them to getting a fix they never come out
no customer service after install. charges you after you tell them to turn off the internet. will provide police with false documentation to get their way
This company is a god damn joke! Zero customer service and terrible quality overall. Do yourself a favor and go to McDonald’s for a better WiFi experience!
Statement are never right. Slow service horrible customer service. Charged 25.00 more than what my statement said was due on my due date. Mixed my account and some one elses account on several occasions

For almost 80% of the time, for sever months now, my speed has been around 1 – 6 mbps download, while we pay for 12 mbps download an 4 mbps upload, the upload speed is consistent, I am using an Ethernet cable, this is unacceptable.
Have used them sense 2011, overall not a bad ISP for the rural area. They try their best to keep it running good. Having outage problems past year down for days at a time.
Fast speeds and fast service, just make sure you get a real tech and you’ll be taken care of almost never get charged for service calls and the support staff is willing to go above and beyond to help. On top of it all my bill has only ever been what I signed up for. No mystery charges or fees just my monthly bill.
