Very good customer service , I had forgotten my prescription for mammogram and offered to reschedule but staff offered to call my Dr and have it faxed over to radiology Many thanks for making my day go easier.God bless . Jackie Kindle
Up until tonight, things were going somewhat decent with my husband’s care, but we will definitely NOT be returning to this hospital. There is ALWAYS an issue with this place, this was our 2nd issue JUST THIS WEEK my husbands been in there …
The lady at the front desk needs to lose her job. It’s every time I come in, she has a sour attitude. I just had recently came in for chest pain, I sit down and she just stares at me! There was no hi or anything! Then she proceeds to throw …
My sister was sent away from other emergency departments, Trumbull Reginal was the only one in the many hospitals and urgent cares that she attended that even tried to diagnose her problem. They ctually did their job and ran test.
It toke a long time to get anything thet never bring towels and wash clothes in don’t change the sheets or give you a gown you have to ask and send you home before you should cause in a few days your back again they try to get you out cause there to busy to keep you this place is not good at all
I got multiple 4 inch tree thorns into my foot through a shoe. My foot was swollen, black and blue, and I could barely move my big the (one went through my joint). the doctor came in and made it a point to tell me “you’re fine, you just …
I cannot believe how you nurses treat your nursing assistants and try to keep it hush hush so no family members can hear the way you talk to them. This hospital staff should be ashamed of themselves and need a serious reality check. Find …
Golly gee, well let’s talk about the care I received at this dirty, smelly, “Tales of the Crypt” feeling hospital. Let me start by saying I’m grateful that my health is ok, after a scare with my BP and breathing. Technically, the hospital …
Nice people! But they take FOREVER to do anything. Sitting on 4 hrs and still here. Never even seen a doctor yet. Nurses came in. But that’s it.
I sat in the rating room for over an hour and they never helped. I talk to the girl next to me and she was sitting there for six hours and the man in front of her was there for 6 1/2 and he was still not seen. I ended up leaving.
Considering we are in the middle of a pandemic some of the staff that worked there did not have PPE or They didn’t wear it properly. When I went to the emergency room none of the security guards were wearing mask nor were the social …
The staff was awesome at taking care of me after my surgery and making me feel comfortable and safe upon my discharge
GO TO MERCY HOSPITALS! This Hospital is the WORST!!!!
Was brought in by ambulance for contusions and severe pain from a large heavy desk falling on my leg. …
The doctors at the hospital we’re very good, but that was it. Nurses took forever to respond to anything and even though I was there for 5 days I only got 2 food trays! So many things wrong with that place!
My experience with Trumbull was great. They were well organized and very friendly. I interacted with staff that had outgoing personalities and they were very professional.
Unprofessional and inconsiderate to say the least. Had a procedure performed and had a balance under $1k. Made monthly payments for three consecutive months and received a call stating my three month to pay in full was up. I asked why I …
There’s good people here doctors nurses to assistants. However there are some who act like being there isn’t a priority. Whish reflects bad as a whole establishment . My last stay was brief but I saw both sides. Hopefully those get weeded out and can rebound becauee this was the premier hospital in the area
I couldn’t have asked for a better technician! She was efficient, professional and very kind. Also I received my results very quickly. Excellent experience! That’s why I keep coming back.
came in to wait with my mom at the hospital, we have been waiting the the waiting room for 4 + hours. Very unprofessional. The nurse kept coming in the waiting room and calling people’s names that left hours ago. Very unhappy with the medical service here.
Day after surgery on colon, I waited over 3 hours pass time for pain meds. I was also informed I had colon cancer from a know nothing nurse. I do not. She freaked me out.
Stay far away! The staff are fine, no issue with the medical personnel who took care of my emergency visit; the issue is with the festering wound on American healthcare that is Steward Medical Group. Nothing but a bunch of scam artists. …
Just don’t bother. If you were taken by ambulance or life flight then you wont have a choice for emergency services. If you do have a choice, drive the extra 5 minutes to St. Joe’s. The doctors here are more worried about everything else …
This is the worst hospital I have ever been to. The nursing staff was wonderful ; all very kind and mostly professional. The NP that saw me was a nightmare though. And I never saw the doctor (which I believe is protocol when being treated …
Stay away. Was there for 4 hours and still have no resolution. When you go there, take food for 3 days and tell your family they won’t see you for days.
I went in to schedule an Xray and they did it right then! A few days later I went in for a blood test and she got the needle in the first time which never happens with my veins!
Went to er with weakness, some chest pain. My pulmonary doctor sent me by ambulance.
I had difficult breathing. Unable to walk. Spent 5 hrs in er after first half a …
Very professional, courteous and caring.
Minimal wait time. Great team.
Thank you for your service. Really appreciated.
The nurses in the emergency room are the best and should be paid more. The hospital has a wonderful staff. The doctors are better than most hospitals in the area.
Charged 200 dollars for something called “Triage” which means they took my blood pressure. I asked if the wait was going to be really long due to me having to work in the morning and the fact that I wasn’t in immediate danger of dying. She …
I was was surprised the doctor did not come and talk to me after my surgery. When I was being discharged the nurse was going over my meds and said one that I never took . I went over my meds with them before my surgery.
I would avoid this place like the plague for both medical services and employment. OSHA has investigated TRMC and found it to be highly unsafe due to poor management and lack of support for staff. Even according to Warren Municipal Court, …
The 2nd floor nurses, Robin, Special Jack, Diane, 2 Amy’s, Lori and several others were super with caring for my needs. From the admittance desk to the transport personnel and everyone in between I couldn’t have received any better service and care. Thank you!
Dr. Calderon and her staff were friendly, prompt and informative.
I highly recommend!!!
Needing routine blood work for meds becomes a two to three day struggle at the hospital.
After confirming with my doctor’s office that order was faxed went for blood …
Recently visited Trumbull Regional hospital for the 3D mammogram, the service was superb, Kathleen put me at ease , explained the procedure step by step. I will definitely recommend them.
Staff was very efficient friendly and great with Covid procedures. X-ray technician was so very kind and helpful and friendly as my mobility is an issue. Very patient and pleasant
Mom went there sat in waiting area for hours, asked for a blanket and they told her no. She ended up leaving and by next day was back at Dr’s with a severe infection.
They called me to set up appointment. The staff was very professional and prompt.
Went in for hip pain that had been diagnosed as IT Band Tendonitis by an urgent care a week and a half before. The medication didn’t work and I couldn’t walk, so I ended up in the ER. I got a shot that didn’t help and the same medication …
Was not sure where to go when walked in lobby there were 3 windows, receptionist didn’t seem very helpful.
Once in waiting room a gentleman had his phone speaker on listening to a talk show about abortions!! No one asked him to turn his speaker off. Was very uncomfortable.
Went in there for EXTREME back pains care barely feel my legs. Just had me sit I. The waiting for for an open bed bc of all of the covid tests that no one needs to being forced to take.
I had a food allergy late on xmas day. Although born 60 years at Trumbull Memorial I now live in Los Angeles but visiting my family. Your service was excellent and the staff were all caring and efficient. Thank you. …
First time using the hospital. Got a surgery done there. Very nice, helpful staff. Wish they had TVs in the outpatient pre/post Op rooms. But it was a good experience nonetheless.
Caregivers were warm and efficient. All maintained a professional manner. Tests were preformed quickly and I was back home in my own comfortable environment as soon as possible.
I’m always impressed with the professionalism, kindness and compassion of everyone involved with my visit here for a mammogram. Thank you to all you wonderful people.
The staff in registration were very professional and the tech who preform the mammogram was also very good but your X-ray machine wasn’t working properly and I had to endure nine takes before she could get four good ones. This was very uncomfortable for me.
I find the staff at TRMC to be friendly and efficient. They are always willing to answer any questions I may have.
I went to the ER last week because I aspirated stomach acid into my lungs. The ER doctor ignored my requests to treat my lungs. They performed heart tests for 6 hours and never communicated the results. …
The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I would highly recommend.
This is the second time I went to the emergency and was misdiagnosed. The first time s little over a year ago the woman came I and immediately told me my rash was poison ivy despite me having been nowhere near any and I don’t have pets. I …
Had a total knee replacement and spent the night on the 8th ( ortho ) floor. Went like I expected after attending an Orthopedic fair years ago with the exception of my bed needing replaced because the up and down motion broke.I will use again for future joint replacement needs.
The nurses in surgery, recovery and in step down recovery we’re awesome they took very well care of me. They all answered all my questions that I had. I just wish I could thank them all again.
Love the fresh minded physicians who are willing to listen and be open to really hearing and understanding your voiced concerns when it comes to your health and wellness. They take care of an array of areas in the health field as well which is nice to be able to go to one place to take care of things.
The nurse was so nice it was the nurse practitioner by name of maya who was judge mental, rude, didn’t care about situation I had going on and I was wasting 5 seconds of her time . She shouldn’t even be a np treating people the way she treats them .
I had blood work done before i had a CT. Rather than sharing results of my urinalysis with radiology so they could go ahead and do my CT, they waited until all of my blood tests were completed. Which meant I had to wait there almost 3 hrs before i could have my CT.
The registration area was a nightmare. Took to long to register. Ended up being registered by the Chris in the lab who went above to get me registered. Colleen in the Cardiovascular lab was great, very professional, one of the best nurses I have ever met.
I met with Maranda and Linda and they nutritional guidance and procedures to help keep my blood sugar at proper levels. They were both kind and patient with me.
Thank you
Doctors and staff were all super nice and caring. Took care of my injuries and paid attention to details. Dr in charge is very professional and understanding!!! Highly recommend this place for urgent care!!!!
Called to check on spouse after 3 hours since family can’t go through ER with loved one. ER doctor was very short and dry on phone called back 2 hours later and RN wass very nasty on phone every time I asked pertinent questions about tests etc. Will never come back!!! Will pay higher deductible and go to St. E
I think Trumbull hospital needs to stop having so mine people coming in to the room bcuz u get confused on who is running the ship . I really think if there was a clear picture of who is in charge. Some of the doctors in ners come off as they are better than u so that’s my complaint.
I received excellent care by everyone at Trumbull Regional Medical Center. From my admittance through the ER to tests and surgery, everything was top notch.
Called for a check up reguarding my wifes situation and was told that the nurses are to busy to call to inform of any situations and that id have to come in personally to check myself. Seriously as a heart attack. I then told her that nurses like her are the reason why they get sued ..then was hung up on …
I went to the ER at about 10am on a Saturday to verify if I had mastoiditis which a previous MRI had shown possible signs of from two days before without a call from my Dr. To tell me anything about the MRI I had. They were quick to get me …
I should not have been sent home with the extent of my injuries, BUT, in the end it worked out ok. Could have been a disaster
I just completed 31 treatments in the Wound Care Center. My wife and I were treated by the nurses (Linda, Betty, Susie, Cathy and Colleen) with absolute professionalism, kindness and alot of great character. We truly appreciate all they did.
The Nurses of the Labor and Delivery are some of the most amazing nurses I have ever dealt with. They are kind, caring and compassionate. Their knowledge base made me feel completely at ease when delivering my daughter.
Everyone was so helpful. They were really gentle with me, very caring, and they explained things so I could understand, which I greatly appreciated. I think the most memorable part was when I had to get stuck with needles, and i am …
Well my issues aren’t so much with the hospital itself but rather the doctor who treated me there
Dr. Bhakta and Dr. Woods …
Trumbull Memorial is good hospital but over the years needs some improvements! First before this covid epidemic took over our lives. I have been in and out of the hospital for different reasons. The biggest complaint is personal property …
There is a mix of good and bad people working in this hospital, I recently had a 5 day stay and for the most part it was good, then you get that ONE or TWO people that can change you whole outlook . After a horrible stay a few years back I …
My husband and I got our Covid-19 Vaccines at TMH yesterday, and we can’t compliment the staff enough for the organization and professionalism they showed to everyone. They even gave you a piece of paper with the time you were able to leave after the waiting period. Kudos to the organizers. It could be a model for other vaccine clinics.
I want to say thank you for the care that was given to me .
Everyone was awesome and very caring !
The nurse practitioner that helped me was very nice and her bedside manner …
I need To find an obgyn! I am Currently 14 weeks pregnant and just moved to warren:/ Im having trouble looking up different doctors so if anybody can point me in the right direction it’ll be most appreciated! I tried Calling but the lady …
Dr Marshburn in ER was exceptional with explaining procedures and literally holding my arm with an assurance of figuring things out…
The minute I walked into the hospital they showed me where I was suppose to go. The diatician was a very sweet lady and explained everything to me. And the nurse was sweet as well. I believe they cared about trying to get me better. And I thank them all for treating me they way they did.
Almost died because of this terrible hospital. Went into emergency due to severe chest pain. They did an x-ray and said everything looked fine and they were going to keep me for a few hours for observation. Turns out the x-ray they read …
The registration staff at the Elm Road site was abrupt and short when asked where to sign in to register and because I was on my phone they let me sit in there waiting area for forty five minutes when I could have went straight back for my test and were rude I would not recommend 😑 but the person who did the test was great …
I’ve had several surgeries and I have to say the way I was treated at Trumbull has got to be one of the best experiences I have had at a medical facility. The staff were off the charts kind! A huge heart felt thank you to everyone. God bless you all!
Ive never had a bad experience yet here. The nurses and doctors have always been great with myself and my children. They delivered my first 2 children. Sad that they dont deliver anymore. Going to St Joes for my third 😔 …
I was resently hospitalized at THM for five days. I was taken care of exceptionally well from ER staff, to all on 6th east staff, to the doctors, cleaning staff and all others. …
We have been trying to get my husbands medical records since June 10th. Now they are telling me a 3rd party sends them after they process them and it could take another 30 days before they get mailed to me. Trumbull just processed them on …
My experience was less than adequate..so much so that after wait 90 minutes in the waiting room we left.
I can’t even get into the office to see my doctor because no one answers the phones anymore. I’ve been seeing my doctor through steward medical group for the past 2 years and have been more frustrated in the last two months with this …
Terrible wait time in lab no workers came out had to call number 3 times and they were not working on any patients drawing blood
I am very happy with my connection to you. Surgery went well. Dr.Paul Bizjak told me the day before surgery “Expect the worst and be surprised by the best”.and it has been just that. I was driving seven days after surgery, I’m …
I was very pleased with the safety precautions, ease of process to quick in at hospital, polite, efficient workers, waiting for test less than 10 minutes, professionalism of the nursing staff and quick turn around with results in 2 days.

I was going in for bloodwork, thought I would have to wait at least half an hour to register like at Mercy Health, but nope got right over registered, went to the lab he called me right back and I was done. The whole process took about 15 minutes. Yep going Trumbull from now on everybody was much more polite there and smiling.
The ladies are so nice! I feel so comfortable going to them. I wish I remembered the lady that did my mammogram she is the best!!!!!
The doctor and nursing staff did a great job in helping me. Took three hours to get back to see them. But it was understandable, Christmas day
Always very pleased with the attention I receive when I or anyone in my family has to have something done. Staff is extremely nice and caring. Very quick and efficient. Never have to wait very long if at all. Always my first choice.
It was a very different experience from my last time here before Covid.. but it was to be expected, once I got through the check in area the staff would as friendly and courteous.
Very unorganized staff, they do not call you to tell you that your appointment was canceled. Just overall terrible experience. I was there to get a CT scan and I drank the prep all day like I was supposed to, went through check in and …
I was greeted warmly, got into the room rather quickly. Dr. Shah is helpful and informative.
My husband’s had a knee replacement surgery and he has the greatest Dr Thomas Jones and the staff took excellent care of him during his stay there. Thank you everyone who had an involvement in his care.
Very efficient and friendly staff. I had an ultrasound done and didn’t wait very long at all for my test. Covid-19 protocols are still in place and a mask is required.
The wait to get checked was the worst. After taking people ahead of me that came after me. They didn’t know how to put my insurance in the computer. I was a half hour late for my appointment. Then I waited for what seemed like an hour to go back. All in all except for the the scan itself, I was not happy.
I had a mammogram in Austintown yesterday. Registration was quick and easy. The technician was very professional and personable. Her experience was very apparent and she made me feel comfortable throughout the mammogram. I will definitely go back.
Blown away by everything they DO NOT offer anymore esp if ur in labor… Go straight to St. Joe’s!! Too much to get into but like I said, absolutely blown away from the services they’re not offering anymore! Smh
Terrible hospital. Went here in June 2019 with constant muscle spasms and twitches, and was treated as a drug seeker. I was told I was fine, just with dehydration and low potassium. The doctor and nurse seemed to think I was going thru …
Dr Calderon and staff were terrific. Nurses Sherry, Katherine and Janice took excellent care of me. Thanks to everyone.
I’m receiving treatment at Dr. Tokar’s office. He & the staff there have been welcoming & professional. I believe I’ve received excellent care & would recommend them to anyone. Knowing I can get top notch care locally has lifted a huge weight from my family & me.
The hospital visits was great the staff was so genuineness that’s why rate them 5 stars.
My rating is for the emergency department. I have been suffering from an ongoing medical condition that has sent me to the hospital multiple times in a short period of time. The doctors in specific in the emergency room are obviously …
Had a mammogram without an appointment. They made sure it was done in a timely fashion. Will continue going here. I also get my bloodwork done in their lab.
Have been here twice in the past month due pregnancy complications. Every single ER staff member that I interacted with were incredibly helpful, caring, supportive, respectful, and knowledgeable. I do know that I will most likely be going …
I just wanted to say how happy and appreciative that I am for this hospital and their staff from emergency room , intensive care. All the doctors and nurses that helped to save my life this past January 2020. I felt safe while there and was …
I was there for a CT on my left lung. I had my arm in a sling because I had shoulder surgery. The person who took my info and then took me back to the dressing room didn’t ask if I needed help – just said to undress from waist up and put on …
MRI procedure. The facilitator was wonderful. I was comfortable and it went fast. Excellent experience for a first timer.
Best mammogram experience ever! Extremely impressed in the staff, the organization of the appointment, the knowledge of the tech and the equipment. Am advising my doctor to send all his patients there!
Only putting 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. Will never go here again. Worst “medical” experience I’ve ever had. Most ppl left the waiting room before ever being called, staff is rude and act bothered if you ask any questions. Go to …
I had issues with my billing that all from the CFO down assisted me in resolving, since the third party who handles the billing was less than helpful. Thanks to all the ladies who helped during the International Day of the Woman. Trumbull does care!!!
I’ve been into Trumbull Regional Medical twice in the last week for outpatient testing. Both times the technician was very knowledgeable very efficient and very personable. The wait time was very minimal I was in and out in no time at all, …

Being with my mother in Trumbull Regional has been a trying experience. The communication between staff and with the patient’s family has been poor. We were only able to receive information if we asked for it. On the evening shift, rounding …
They don’t seem to really care about thier black patients ..I never see the nurse in my husband room stayed 2 hours she never came. And only saw the dr once don’t make sense but saw white patients as soon as thier light went on the nurse was there yet we still waiting
Trumbull memorial hospital has been very positive and take care of my issue great staff nurses and doctors still have a few things to do but hopefully get this taken care of and the next day.
The nurses and doctors were very nice. The hospital physically is not updated and I noticed a lot being done manually regarding paperwork etc. It is not as clean as I would expect for a hospital. I noticed old bandages laying on the floor …
I went to Elm Road radiology and the service was great and everyone was friendly.

Horrible experience 40+ wait on call button. If a problem comes up they avoid it . Rarely see nurse most don’t even know who my nurse was. Nurses asst being rude and arguing with my roommate. Everything so slow 6 hrs to be discharged kept being told nurse is printing paperwork out and will be in. I just left. Never again
I had to go to the ER today. I was nervous because not too long prior I was at ER at st Joe’s for different problems. Not only was half the staff involved with me rude on a level of condescending but they were very short with me as well. My …

Wonderful doctor, nurses, anesthesiologist and staff. Hospital was very clean. I appreciated their adherence to safe covid practices. I would have appreciated a more private and/or a larger room. There were 4 patients crammed into one room!
Sat in the emergency waiting room for 2.5 hours and then lingered in exam room for another 6 hours. Thankfully, my wife signed me out and drove me to Metro Health where I received quick, thorough, competent care. I received diagnosis, …
Professional and polite, friendly staff and excellent doctor. Nice visit.
I’d like to say my welcome to Trumbull was terrible the supposed to be receptionworker was very unpleasant and rude along with being loud I felt I had no privacy after she blurted out all my personal information to everyone in the lobby. The Surgery went very well I’m currently recovering staff was amazing.
Check in was fast and efficient. Wait for the x-ray in waiting room was less than 5 minutes. X-ray tech very knowledgeable and caring.
The nursing staff is excellent and took great care of me, and was very attentive and answered all my questions. The anesthesiologists made sure I didnt get sick. Would recommend this hospital.

I had a great experience at Trumbull Regional’s Elm Road Surgery Center. I received top notch care and all of my questions were answered. Everyone I came into contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. I was in and out for an outpatient procedure. I highly recommend this facility and Dr. Meredythe McNally!
Not very professional I’ve had issues in the best but thought since it changed to Stewart it would be better. Some of the staff needs to adjust their attitudes. I’ve tried to call the hospital administrators it’s nearly impossible to reach them and takes forever for them to get back to u.
Had knee replacement on monday. Was able to come home tuesday at noon. I cannot begin to tell you how good these folks are. From the moment i walked in until the time i walked out they were on point. It is nice to know we have this level of …
Sat for hours in waiting room and they didn’t take not one person back who was waiting to be seen. They said I had 12 people in front of me and it was going to be a while. They take people on first come first serve basis instead of …
Recently went to the Elm Road facility, radiation dept, for annual mammogram. Everyone was was pleasant and I didnt wait at all. The woman who administered the test chatted during the procedure which helped make it less awkward. I highly recommend this location and their staff.
As always I was treated well and my tests went quickly. I always choose Trumbull Regional
I was so upset by my experience. I had stumbled on a sprained ankle from the parking lot for ER which is way too far for to walk. I was alone and had noone to come help me. The guard that was on duty did help me into a wheel chair once I …
Everyone was professional and courteous. I never had to wait long periods of time for anything. I had a pretty good experience at Trumbull Regional Medical Center.
Stickers!!! This is the only place that uses them and why I usually don’t come here. They are very sticky and painful to remove!! I just finally discovered that baby oil helps and staff should let patients know this, before applying these …
The care and friendliness of the staff were great. However there was used alcohol pads all over the floor, used medicine vials (2 of them) on the table and someone’s blood vial on the back of the bed!!! We informed the doctor and 2 nurses about this and no one removed it the entire time we were in the room.
I will never return to this place is something happens to me. Left me sitting in my vomit nothing to control pain and was rude. I left after not being able to handle it. Went to another ER and was rushed into surgery. Horrible experience. …
By far the worst hospital in the area. Avoid at all costs. Had a bad situation and was upset. ER supervisor yelled at me and was very mean. I asked her to please not yell at me and she got louder. If you can please use another hospital.
The ER staff I encountered during my visit were incredibly kind and attentive. The doctors I saw during my visit were very understanding and knowledgeable. The care I received was top notch. They remain my first choice for emergency care.

Dr Rostom is a good doctor her nurse Meagan is so nice and patient .I have been going to Dr Rostom for 12 years she is wonderful I was going through some really difficult times she called me at home to make sure I was OK the next day after the appointment. I really like going to see her and Meagan
If I could give Trumbull memorial no stars I still wouldn’t be happy. Quite frankly I’d prolly have been treated better and got better service had I went to a vet and had myself checked. By far the worst wait time worst attitudes just all around bad expierence; overall I wouldn’t bring my dying dog to Trumbull memorial hospital.
I was treated with the best medical care. I felt safe. The Medical staff were very professional and caring. Told me what was happening and what to expect regarding my treatment. Very friendly. Lots of smiles. Gentle and excellent bedside manner.
Was in for bone scan and things went great. In and out no delays. Staff very courteous.
Waiting 12 hours to be seen in ER only saw cleaning staff clean the bathrooms once
Did nothing for the whole rest of of ER waiting room. It needed it someone left …
I came in the afternoon for a blood draw and ekg. The staff was very kind. Lots of proper PPE in place, everyone masked up and sterile in behavior. I had to ask if they were swamped. It’s been hard on staff but they’re staying upbeat, as one would expect in this County.
I had to wait almost an hour to get a mammogram. People who came in after me were taken before me. Seems they misplaced my chart????
They were super busy when I went but they’re super nice to me and also helped with spine issues
Sat in the waiting room for over four hours to be seen just last week. Go to urgent care, go to st Joseph’s. Go anywhere but Trumbull. Also back in March they told me my gallbladder was bad but not bad enough to be taken out at that time. …

From registration to the completion on my MRI, I was treated with great care. Everyone was so kind & professional. Plus, I was able to get an appointment here 4 weeks before another option. I will use Trumbull Regional for as much of my testing as possible.
I called 3 times to get information on MY son (whom I have full custody of) and they told me they couldn’t give me any information then hung up on me. One of the worst hospitals I’ve ever had to deal with.
The nurses were very nice but forgot to give me my pain meds before sending me to radiology department. Surgery was good and care after was good. Did not like that payment is more important than care. Thank goodness my husband and I are capable of paying the large co pay.
Trumbull Regional Medical Center always provides great service. Those in charge of medical testing are friendly, and do a great job. They answer any questions you have, and do all testing in a caring way.
I’m here for psychiatric help, being suicidal, and having extreme anxiety that will not let up. I’ve been bawling for the past week and I am terrified. I’ve been sitting in the ER room since I’ve been transferred from Coleman at 1pm. Its …
The one who did my X-ray she was the most awesomest nicest person that I have met in a long time and she did a great job And I would recommend her to everyone that I know because she was awesome and beautiful not only in person but in heart thank you
I have been going there 25 years or so. Dr. S. Youseff is the best. Moved to the west side of Ohio and when we returned he took both my wife and I as patients. No questions asked just picked us up and proceeded to care for us to the best of …
I have never been treated so poorly in all my life. I was insulted, ignored, verbally abused and more or less shoved out the door in worse shape than when I went in. I had to be carried in the house because I was to ill and weak to walk. I will never go their again or recommend it to anyone
I’ve been going to this hospital since I was little. I had a burst colon back in 2018 and because of my body spent 4 months in and out of the hospital. Finally getting out in September. The nurses and doctors gave me excellent care. They …
I am elderly and this was only my second surgery and I was afraid and nervous. Trumbull Medical Center eased my fears. The whole experience was a joy. The staff of nurses are the best. I left there very happy and very relaxed. My …
I brought my dad in at 11 AM and it is now 10:30 PM and he has not been seen. Last week he spent 2 1/2 days in ER on a gurney. I found a few of the nurses wonderful but I cannot figure out why they would want to work here. I think I will change doctors instead of being part of the steward group.
To Brooke my nurse did a really awesome job to the other tall guy nurse that I had was very kind. Of them the doctor and all the nurses and everybody explained everything to me on what they were doing I give 5 stars 🌟 so for the best I’ve had. …
Most of the times I have been treated with very decent courtesy, but there is always a couple of bad apples in every bunch that you have to look past.
The food was horrible, dry and overcooked. “fluffy rice” was crunchy rice, edge of sliced carrots dried up and curled to name a few examples. No fresh fruit, and most “Chef’s specialties” for lunch and dinner included only one vegetable and …
I wouldn’t recommend this place to my own family! I’d rather go to St. Joe’s Hospital down the street on Eastland Ave. I was literally born in this city of Warren, Ohio and now am completely offended by this hospital and will most likely …
Really enjoyed my mammogram visit. I was last patient of the day and got extra attention. I have had my mammogram here before and it was equally as pleasant. Would recommend this site to anyone.
I did not go to Trumbull. I went to Hillside Rehab Hospital for a Sleep Study and they were wonderful!! Hillside has always been a wonderful hospital even after all of the changes in ownership it has been through. Definitely one of a kind ❤️
My experience in the GI lab was excellent. Heidi, Donna, Nancy and Kathy were caring and efficient. Nurse anesthetist Terry and Dr Calderone made the process less stressful. Would recommend Trumbull GI department to others
It was very prompt, I understand the wait time due to how many patients needed to be seen. The staff were very professional and very helpful. I appreciate all the doctors, nurses, and or residents were there to help. Thank you
Was seen very quickly upon admission to the ER. The doctor and all of the nurses and ancillary staff treated me with kindness. I left the ER knowing what was wrong with me, how best to heal and what to do to prevent complications from my …
Great people, the only issue was that I was in so much pain and was told to take Tylenol. They could of prescribed me something non narcotic, but no. So three days of intense pain, enough to make it hard to breath and I didn’t even bother …
waiting for over 3 hours and still couldn’t get in to be seen. to many beds were full but yet seen at least 5 people leave and not a single person was called back the whole time I was waiting in the ER
They started giving me psychiatric pills that I don’t need, they wouldn’t let me leave either they said it was because of covid but they let other people leave. I originally went there because I was worried I would get hypothermia or …
Worst experience in any hospital. First time got there and left without seen by any doctor. Wasted 3 hours and nobody asked me why I was there….They don’t care …..
Unfortunately, I was there from out of town. I waited in the waiting room for 7 1/2 hours. I have a history of SBO which some required emergency surgery, I have always been admitted. During my intake, the girl stated so you have a stomach …
I went in for surgery. They called the day before with instructions but left out the part that when your surgery was scheduled there is a 2 hr.wait time. So I got prepped for surgery and waited in a room with an IV pic in my arm. No one …
I went to TMH ER 3/28/22 for an oral abscess that had become an emergency situation before I could see dentistv in AM. My left side of my face from mid left lower jaw, the under side of my chin, and down the left side of my neck had notable …
Let me start with everyone was super nice BUT my nurse never wore gloves. She did blood work and an IV. I went to get a CAT scan and the iodine ran down my arm. Again, everyone, including my nurse, was very nice but not sanitary at all!! If it weren’t for that they would have received 5 stars.
I arrived at the ER with bad stomach pains at 1:30pm and I eventually left at 9pm still sitting in the waiting room. I understand severity comes first but they kept pushing me back for everyone else coming in after me. I would have probably …
I thought the staff and care was top notch and very attentive to my needs. The only thing missed was my need for a cpap machine and the use of it at the right time. Being a lifelong midnighter i really needed the machine during the day and …
I had a different mamogram and a dexascan technician very nice. They do not tell u not to wear a zipper in your pants so I have boots on panties an a hospital gown outside in rain an cold to bus for mamogram then back in for dexascan …
My Husband is receiving wonderful Care. Staff is very caring and Compassionte.
They were quick to get me in to the back at the emergency room, everybody what is very nice and friendly happy birthday to the x-ray girl we share the same birthday the nurses were great but it is a job and some people and that’s all it is I’ll give him five star
Everyone was friendly. Tech was wonderful. You need to let these technicians wear coats to go out to the mammogram van when it’s cold. Felt so bad for her.as it was cold that morning. That why I’m giving a four.
I felt very well-cared-for and very well informed which is important to me. The nurse gently rubbed the Injection sites For the 2 rather painful shots that I had to have. Normally either one of those shots would have left me with a big …
Emergency was busy with COVID but we were still attended to fairly quickly. The staff was friendly and efficient. Most importantly, the bill was not outrageous. I’m thankful for the experience. I’d hate to have to spend hours in a hospital on a holiday, but this place was better than many other experiences that I’ve had.
The second time I had to cancer doctors appointment because someone didn’t check orders for blood work and only did part of what was supposed to be done.
I had a great experience. When I came in for my mammogram I informed the technician that I had a mediport in my chest. She was very kind and did not cause me pain as she did the exam. I was very grateful!
This was my 1st experience with Steward Medical Imaging. Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating to me. I had an excellent technologists perform my 3D mammogram. She was very kind, put me at ease. Thank you!
Extremely satisfied with Trumbull Regional Hospital. Everything from facility to staff was excellent. The facility is spotless and the staff is truly caring, compassionate and caring!!!
I am giving this 1 star because 0 is not an option. Since Trumbull became part of Steward they are totally worthless when we need help for my family’s mental health. This was not the case prior to Steward.
I had a little accident and had to go in and get some stitches. We were greeted by the waiting room staff and taken back shortly there after. We had Kris as our nurse and then doing the actual procedure was a nurse practitioner named Emily …
The first 4 hours were handled appropriately. At that time I was told I would be admitted. The next 4 hours were nothing but excuses, for short staff,, shift change, physical plant issues.. After waiting 8 hours I signed myself out.
I ended up in the ER on a Saturday night with gall stones. The care was exceptional, I had a private room and my husband was allowed to stay. I spent the night as I needed lots of testing but everyone was wonderful. Dr Mashburns resident, …
I haven’t had a Primary Care Doctor in years so finding one was so overwhelming for me you never know who to pick or what to expect from them of course we all want understanding, and nice doctors I chose Dr. Icli I am so happy I did he is …
Sick with Covid seen me as soon as I arrived at Er.The nurse I had couldn’t do enough for me and the doctors also. Can’t say enough about the hospital first class.
The ladies on the mobile unit were fantastic! Checked in & out within 15-20min. The mammogram was very simple & painless. I would get another done in the future with them!
Brought my son here on 2 separate occasions for the same thing. The night Dr is RUDE !!!!!! She told me nothing was wrong with my son, and “since I THOUGHT I seen swelling to take him to see his pediatrician. ” Well I was RIGHT! I told her …
I only give them a 2 because of the nurses. The nurses are very kind and attentive. Meta (cardiologist) has horrible bedside etiquette. She does not listen to the patient and attempts to use fear tactics to get patients to do what she wants …
Today I experienced my first colonoscopy. I was very nervous going in for plenty of reasons. Sometimes it is hit or miss on a professional, courteous, caring staff when going into medical establishments. I can’t say enough about the GI …
It was nice overall very good and pleasant experience. The staff was very nice. I arrived they were quick to get started, they explained the procedure and how it would be performed, the radiologist came in and introduced himself and spoke …
I would like to give a shout out to one of the nurses his name is Preston I believe who went above and beyond making what would normally b a difficult experience a lot less stressful he deserves recognition
The WORST hospital I have ever been too. Sat in the emergency room to do XRAYS for 4 hours and counting. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Worst staff I’ve ever seen at a hospital as well.
Well let me tell you guys something .I was in very bad shape when I went to trumbull memorial and them nurses are freaking awesome. They are caring and passionate every step of the way to bettering the patient .They deserve so much more …

This was a great experience. The staff are quick, courteus and efficient. I love the new 3d technology available close to home. Thank you for taking pride in your work and caring for us.
The staff was great getting me ready for my surgery and in the recovery room but when I went back to my room they helped me to the bathroom and Left me and a fell I was still groggy from the anesthesia and I have a major black and purple bruise on my hip ,chin shoulder, and knee and acute on my knuckle. I’m not happy at all!!!
The staff & doctors were excellent ! Even house keeping was great & friendly also.
The only issues were the bed was very uncomfortable, & it malfunctioned. …
I have in the past had good experiences at Trumbull. I am here with my daughter for a mental health evaluation. We have been here since 1926 and it is now 0151. The nurse came in and took blood and we sat in a room until I asked if we could …
My appointment was for 1:15 p.m. I arrived before 1 and the receptionist had no one waiting at her window. I took a number and waited at least ten minutes before she called me to the window while she was doing paperwork. …
This hospital kills people, and my grandma was one of them. After being NEGLECTED AND THEN OVER DOSED WITH FENTYNAL AND REVIVED WITH NARCAN,she passed after being moved to the ICU.Save yourselves and your loved ones and go to UH or Cleveland Clinic!!!!
Morning shift is so kind .
Atmosphere is great , helpful, professional.
Thank you so much …
I was treated with kindness and very good bedside manner because I had kidney stones and that s*** hurt and they helped me through it
This place is so unorganized.. and understaffed!!
the doctors give us hardly any information
On what’s going on with my dad and has been back too icu for the 3rd time in 2 …
Very professional & helpful. Answered all questions with a smile. Receptionist was excellent
& Radiology Tech was super sweet! I have always had a great visit @ TRMC!
My stay was ok. The nurses and aides were great but I was there 4 days and never had my bed changed or given a bath. An aide did wipe me down with a wet rag and put deodorant on me and other then that, that was it. I probably won’t go back to your hospital.
The overall experience would have been a five,, but the woman at the front desk was in a mood that day. She was cordial but you could feel the underlying hostility. She did not want you to be there is the way it seemed. The …
I recently had to go to TMH for my first mammogram and a few x-rays. The staff was extremely professional and courteous, and they got me in and out quickly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in getting slightly uncomfortable tests done.
I met with a doctor in the womb care. Dr. Penelope told me I should just have them cut off my left foot so I can get my kidney transplant because your kidneys are very important. I decided that since she didn’t know me from dick’s hat …
I checked in around 12 am and was not seen until 5:30am. I’m very understanding that some may have more critical conditions but I had watched four people be placed in front of me although coming in way later than I had arrived. Meanwhile …
I have been getting my mammograms at the Austintown facility for several years. It was great to see they now have digital mammography. Diane the technician is a wonderful caring person who always makes me feel so comfortable.
I had a wonderful experience. Most everyone went above and beyond to see that I was taken care of. The only irritating thing was that the person who originally wheeled me to the front when I was done was not nice at all. She made it clear …
I wouldn’t know where to begin. I can’t believe how this Hospital went down hill, it’s really embarrassing to to call it a Hospital. I didn’t choose this Hospital on my own, I only came here because my Heart Doctor is here. I wouldn’t …
I was taken to Trumbull regional on Saturday night by ambulance, this was my second trip to an emergency room that day. I am very apprehensive about seeking medical treatment due to past experiences. I can say Trumbull regional took all of …
After waiting over 8 minutes online simply to check on my scheduled appointment time, the scheduler was incredibly rude and short with me. Do better.
Went hours in ER without hearing anything. Drs were nowhere to be seen or heard or contacted. …
By far one of the WORST hospitals in Ohio. The staff are lazy, negligent and very rude. I have dealt with them 4 times this year, every time has been a stressful nightmare. I will not be using this facility ever again. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I’ll preface this by saying I’m a nurse. When my son was a baby, he had a bad fall. I, in a panic, took him to the ER here. I told them of a possible head injury. We waited for an hour in the waiting room. When back, they didn’t have proper …
I wanna thank Ryan and Jenney in the er department I my son went there for his breathing and had to be life flighted to Akron children’s hospital due to his oxygen getting low. When I say they went over and beyond they really did they …
I literally came with a gunshot wound, waited forever took forever to give me something for pain.. gave me some medicine that I use for CRAMPS when the pain I’m experiencing is way beyond that. They unwrapped my wound, for a X-ray the lady …
Everyone who treated me was very kind and responsive to my pain. I was treated fairly promptly and made comfortable. They did some tests. When I got my final diagnosis from the nurse, it was not related to the reason I came to the er. And I never saw the dr again to ask questions.
Went in for what i thought was a heart attack and sat for 4 hours and no one told me anything or checked on me at all. I have never had such a bad experience at any hospital. Then was told i was getting a test and no one could tell me what …
Absolute worst service I’ve received in a hospital. The only reason I’m even giving this place two stars is because they were quick to get me through registration and into a room. After that everything was down hill. The RN who wanted to …
My fiance is in the ER there, has been since 4AM it is now 1PM. She is sick, in pain, alone and scarred. I can tell from half way across the country she is dehydrated badly. She is suffering and I can do nothing. Contacting office I am …
I came here for a stress test. The staff is very nice and respectful. Everyone from registering to the actual technician and nurses administering the radioactive contrast dye for the lexiscan of my heart, were very thorough in explaining …
I had a small procedure this week and couldn’t have been happier with the entire care team. All were so friendly and attentive to ensuring my comfort and healing. This was my first procedure at this hospital and I was very impressed!
Very clean facility. Easy parking. Superb gift shop. All the personnel were friendly and professional! Came down for a family member’s emergency surgery. The nurse kept us updated every 2 hours. He will be in recovery soon.
