Service has been down for going on five days. When someone answers the phone, the information given is very vague and not helpful. I am most frustrated and disappointed
At this point I’d honestly trust pulling electricity off the pole at the dump more than Oconee.
Oconee electric is just horrible. I don’t see why nothing is done about them. They’re just horrible.
I honestly do not believe anybody works at this place. I’ve yet after over 20 years to get an actual person on the phone when I call. Its absolutely ridiculous.
I agree with the person who said they wish they could give them 0 stars. I could sneeze outside and our area in Dry Branch would lose power for 3 days.
We are the only house on my road 107 pinehill way Ivey GA 31031 without power. All we need is a transformer and y’all want come out and put one up bc its only 1 family. Doesn’t make any since to me.
This is the WORST LIGHT COMPANY in ALL of LAURENS COUNTY. You could pay your bill and you still won’t have no power. You’ll also have random power outages just like tonight when children have to go to school in a few hours. If I could give they service 0 stars I would.
I understand that people in florida need help, but, oconee should leave part of a crew here; I also am the only on in my neighborhood without power. I told them there is a tree on the line and offered to show them where it is.

Great people great customer service. We have never had a problem with our service that was not properly addressed and promptly too. I have friends who have Georgia Power and the service they receive is same as ours but the customer service we get makes the difference. I am very happy with our electric provider.

I have never lived anywhere that lost power like oconee. You never see anybody trimming around power lines you can’t even see the lines half way down my road for trees growing all in them. They take forever to restore it the worst power company I have ever been with
I recommend not living in their service area. Electricity fails on the most beautiful, sunny, calm days. Even worse when a storm comes through. If you live further away from their offices, it takes nearly a week for them to fix the issue. …
The power in my area surges at least 4 to 5 times a week. The power goes out all the time. It could be cloudy,sunny,raining,a slight breeze, no matter it goes out. It takes forever to get power restored. Oconee will give you excuses every time. Why does this keep happening? Something needs to be done.
