  1. My son woke up with 102 fever. I called and they said because he was a new patient they couldn’t see him today because the insurance would take too long to process. They suggested I take him to the ER. I said that was not necessary (most of …

  2. I think that this is the best place for kids health. They make sure it all areas. Your kids are taken care of and how all the doctors work together it’s amazing and they’re very clean beautiful building I hope Georgia always give them the funding that they need to keep our kids healthy. Thanks, Dr. Slade.❤️

  5. I’ve had a pretty good experience there.. And I know the staff is over worked due to this pandemic.. The longest I waited outside was 15 mins and thats not bad…

  6. I had to pay for an office visit in March for my grandson to be seen until I could get insurance for him. On 8/7 I was told a check had been .made out to reimburse me since my insurance had paid the bill and would be mailed out that week. …

  7. The new space is AMAZING! So much parking, plenty of room inside, and separate enclosed waiting rooms on each hallway for each group of doctors! The decor is nice, the light fixtures in the main atrium are super cool, and the little beach themed gaming area up front is very neat as well! Definitely an upgrade from downtown!

  8. Amazing doctors, but you’ll wait at least 40 minutes past your apt time to get called back and then you’ll wait another 40 minutes waiting to be seen.
Be prepared for your 15 minute apt to be an all day trip.

  9. My daughter was seen in the WR office and the labs taken were unable to be processed due to office error, no problem until I was billed for them. I have been trying to have these labs removed from my bill for 4 months with no success.

  11. AFTER CARE REVIEW – I feel that my rights were violated as a mother when I visited after care last month. My baby had a temperature of 97.7 and she was 7weeks old. She was a bit fussy and when I took the temp at home it was over 100F. So I …

  12. We usually see Dr. Cawley, and like him, but saw Dr. Tift when he was out on vacation. I would not recommend Dr. Tift for breastfeeding mothers. He told me that I was “over-using” my breasts by feeding my daughter on demand and that …

  17. This place is very unprofessional and charges 50.00 for a fee of after hours without letting you know ahead of time. Office staff and ceo will not work with patients regarding this fee. They are taking advantage of people! Not to mention they misdiagnosed my kid and I ended up at my pediatricians office the same week!

  25. If I could give a zero I would for a few reasons 1After you deliver your baby, representatives are very pushy and pretty much force you to sign up with their clinic- even if you need time to research to choose the right clinic for you and …
