  3. My daughter loves her visits with Dr. Newman and his wonderful staff!!! She has Down syndrome and everyone treats her so sweetly. I could not imagine taking her to another doctor!!! Please give this place a try and I promise you will absolutely love it!!!!

  4. I have used this practice for many years and have been very pleased. As far as having to wait 1 and 1/2 hours, that beats having to wait 21/2 to 3 hours in a cardiologists office .

  5. The wait times are absolutely horrible. I thought maybe the first visit they were running behind. I waited an hour and 15 minutes to see a doctor for less than 10 minutes. Now I’m here again with my daughter for a follow up and we are going on 40 minutes in the waiting room. Ridiculous.

  6. I’ve been there once so far, and have another appointment scheduled for later this month. I spent more time waiting than I did with the doctor. The doc then started to press me to do a procedure that I was not recommended prior. Hoping the next experience is better. Will update at a later time.

  7. Every person I interacted with, from the front desk to the nurse, and the audio tech to the Dr. himself were all incredibly polite and helpful. They were all courteous and the audio tech was my favorite for really answering all my questions. They were incredibly busy too. I recommend this ENT.

  9. Front desk staff was incredibly rude.. it was clear the lady checking patients in had some things going on and was frustrated.. but to take it out on patients was unacceptable. Dr Newman was great and gave us some good information, so that made up for the first impression and wait time.
