This company doesn’t care about the average customer. Their internet service is atrocious to say the least because every so often the service cuts out. They will never send “someone” to come and fix it so don’t expect too much from this company.
They don’t even deserve 1 star. Internet is garbage to say the least. Half the time it is way slower than you paid for(like below), and it goes off atleast once a week for hours at a time. Skip these guys and buy something that will actually work!

If you call the after hours number you get a out of country answering service, they take the outage report and say someone will return your call. Never hear from them again.

Like everyone else is saying this company is absolutely horrible. High speed internet is not high speed. Do not move to a complex where they have a contract with them. The complex is just as bad! For ex: Robins Landing ABSOLUTELY horrible community to be apart of!

Extremely slow internet over priced. I paid $250 to start internet that turns off while I’m working from home.
