Very rude staff, argumentative and confrontational for no reason. Dr. Kramer and his medical assistant are arrogant and immediately assume that you are after pain medication. Do not go here, I wouldn’t trust this place with my cat.
When I made appointment I told the lady I wanted anesthesia for my procedure. When I went for my procedure they didn’t give me an anesthesia and it was really really painful.

I like the doctors here. My biggest complaint is something that just can’t be controlled right now due to COVID. I really dislike the telemedicine instead of going into the office for a visit. It’s just too hard to show where pain is located and it’s just not the same as a true visit to the office.

This medical office is one of a few I regularly visit. I have not yet had a bad experience here. Staff is friendly, helpful, and very efficient. Check in is easy. When leaving I receive all my requisitions as needed. Making my follow-up appointment takes a whole 30 seconds. Attending my appointments is almost like visiting friends.
