IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone to have services turned on or off. Always have to leave a message and NO ONE ever calls back in 24 hours or less until I leave a message for a week straight!!
I just hope they keep pumping water for us. Thus far, 15 years, very satisfied with the service. It’s a simple deal: they send me water, I send them money. I like their water more than I like my money. Works.
I think Pima Utility Company needs to hire younger employees someone who comes to work on time and don’t keep they phone message on for half to a whole day to keep from speaking to people also the repair guys tell you one thing and the …
