Ive been going here since i was a kid and every nurse and doctor ive seen has been kind and helpful.
Had an emergency that resulted in a loved one’s passing, and they still charged me the $50 same day cancelation fee. Shame on them, shame.
The front desk was very rude I think they were overwhelmed. The PA was not helpful at all had to go to a different practice who diagnosed correctly and gave a simple antibiotic that solved the problem.
After years of seeing almost every kind of specialist, Dr. Thomas was finally able to give us some answers (on the first visit even). He spent lots of time and genuinely cared. I will recommend him to everyone I know!!
My issue is that the office no longer does blood draws in office but now sends it’s patients to labcore or somewhere else for blood work (and blood draw). Long story short they replaced something that was convenient for something that is terrible. This was enough of a frustration that I will be looking for another office.
