Very disappointed with scheduled appointment. I was specific when I made an appointment and took time off of work, only to show up and be told that it was the following week. They could not accommodate me and did not even apologize.
I will find some other place. They forget what customer service is. They think they can treat customers as if there’s no more pediatric clinics out there. And the waiting time is just ridiculous.
I love TLC Pediatrics! They have been do good to my kids and myself they are defiantly family to us. They all go above and beyond!

We have been going to see Dr. Miller for the past four years and I’ve had nothing but great experiences. Office staff is great too which is such a rare find it seems.
Great office. Have been there for 13 years. I am always able to get a same day appointment with a sick child.
Hate waiting forever to make an appointment, they rarely have same day appointments, and when we do get the chance to get in there they take forever! I love doctor Miller but hate how poorly office is run!
I don’t think I would recommend this place. Was looking for a new pediatrician for my son and way turned away before even allowed to make an appointment… I would hate to call it discrimination, but that’s definitely what it was in my eyes.

My daughter has been going there since she was born 5 years ago.. Even though it’s on the other side of town from where we live now, I would never change.

Very little wait time, friendly and knowledgeable staff/doctors. We always see Dr Matsumoto she takes her time and always explains things throughly. The place is clean. So far we love it

Excellent service and great staff. Easily able to schedule and reschedule of appointments. Doctors work with patient schedules and we have had the ability to slip in at the last minute. Can’t recommend this group enough.
One of the nurses is awful. Treats you like you are stupid, especially if you ask a question. My main reason for hating it there is how I’ve been treated by the nurses. Also the wait time is horrible. I’d have a scheduled appointment and arrive on time, if not early, and I would wait forever!! Would not recommend them to anyone.

TLC is AMAZING!! I brought my son here for constipation. He hadn’t been able to go for 4 days and I took him in and the doctor and nurse were caring and helped unblock him and provide relief. They also gave me a pamphlet on constipation for reference. Thank you TLC for helping my son.
