salt river charges you to make a payment whether you write a check or pay with a cc, horrible customer service
Charging for making a payment and extream fluctuations in bills. Meters are rarely checked when you live outside of the city.
Whoever made the decision to CHARGE to make a payment should be fired or thrown off the Board of Directors! Worse decision ever!!!
They have provider great service to us over the years.
I can’t wait until I get more solar panels. I wonder if they will charge me to have them remove their power lines off MY property?

It would be really nice if they’d answer their phones when they’re supposed to be open, especially after they’ve been closed for holiday and people are trying to put the electricity in their name for their apartment
Horrible customer service. Was told I could make a payment arrangement on my current bill eben notated my account then was told by supervisor that I couldn’t make a payment arrangement. They lie and charge crazy amounts. Don’t trust them

I can see where most folks are upset about the additional fees when processing their payments. I’m pretty sure that electric companies are over regulated which would help support that fee structure. …
Customer service is trash they hang up on you when they say they’re going to transfer you, you call back and they answer say nothing and hang up an absolute joke.
Our power has gone down temporarily for the last 3 days it has thrown me out of my computer which is very inconvenient when you work from home
