  12. I received a cut off notice and so I went online and my bill was paid 15 August, and the cut off that was mailed to me on the 15th. Even if you send your bill on time the post office doesn’t get it there or they don’t apply it to your account on time, then they want to give you a cut off notice. This is ridiculous.
