  3. Pay by phone system does not read you account number correctly. It doubles some of the numbers you type in EACH time you retype. Very frustrating. I will have to drive 40 minutes to pay my bill. There isn’t any drop off locations anymore.

  9. 30% or more of the bill is random fees. They send a magazine each month that I don’t want that I’m sure I’m paying for. A shame that we don’t have competition in utility companies.
