My machine was set at 8.5, it jumped to 12.5 . Was told I needed to call the doctors office to have an order issued. I did that at 9:30 am. By 2:09 the only person that could do it went home. We’ve been using Renaissance off and on for about 15 years as ours daughters needs have changed and have never had an issue with the service or supplies. Lisa has always been our go-to lady all that time and has always been super helpful during our time using ventilators and oxygen equipment.
Needed a new mask and they were able to quickly help with the situation. Been using them 15+ years and have never had an issue. The occasional bad experience customer is always nosier than the usual customer who is satisfied and doesn’t leave comments.
