Thank you west oregon
There is nothing good to say about them whatsoever.
Service linemen go above and beyond, great job guys!
This is the worst power company I’ve ever had, going solar as soon as possible
They’re not that much more expensive than PGE in Beaverton, and their customer service is better by far.
Rates are twice as high as PGE. $47 connection fees per month. Rates just keep getting higher. Oh well. Guess were stuck with it
They estimated the bill on a month I was on vacation and charged me 5x what it should have been. This company is as criminal; as it gets.
If I could give zero stars I would. This place is way too expensive, and unfortunate that it’s the only source of power in vernonia. A lot more people would stay here, and move here if it was cheaper.
There customer service is unreal getting up into womens faces (Dan office manager) basically smirking while stating sorry we messed up but I don’t care if your whole family freezes! Disgusting and appalling!
WOEC has been fantastic for our little community outside of Yamhill. Very responsive, restoring power in the middle of the night. Thanks WOEC!
In 9 months my bill was never over $130, then this month it’s $693 and all they can say is that it was an estimated reading due to their meters not reading our usage correctly. Absolutely awful, they still expect us to pay it. Worst customer service experience of my life. So angry
I am truly appalled with this business. You never expect to see employees shoving customers.. But alas, this is what the office manager, Dan, thinks is appropriate to do when questioned about his work ethic. For WOEC to state they offer …
Electric power from West Oregon Electric Co-Op is undependable and expensive. I’m on a well so when the power is out I have no running water. Just to survive I installed a back-up generator. I have the co-op on speed dial to report power …
Piss poor customer service and extortionist. Dealt with office manager named Dan who had the audacity to give me dirty looks while trying to make payment arrangements for a bill that is 10x higher than any bill I have ever had from PGE. …
The public utilities commission cannot regulate rates on a co-op. Comments on the public bulletin board, homeowners monthly billing mysteriously starts at $200.00 basic fee, than fee increases from there. Why? How can each homeowner have a …
Seems to me that several of the negative reviews were all written by the same person or household, as the story seems the same from each of them. I’m sure they are not physically battering multiple people. For those that complain about the …
Expensive middleman.
Customer service doesn’t care.
Low dependably. Very slow on restoring power. …
Outrageous charges. Customer service is sub par. I’ve never paid this much for power— we heat our home with a woodstove and still end up with $400-600 bills just to keep the lights and two small heaters on. Also charging kwh on days we have zero power?
Family have been customers on the same property for 40 years. Have made 3 attempts to get our power shutoff so that the current home could be demolished to make room for a new home. …
Terrible service. Most expensive power company in the coastal region for what reason. Lucky to get through to someone that can help at all but customers service is your #1 priority. Take hours to do a simple flip a switch job. Somehow …
