I AM A CANADIAN CITIZEN AND EARNED TWO MASTER’S DEGREES FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF PORTLAND. I MET REMARKABLE FACULTY AND A NUMBER OF OTHER PERSONS. I FOUND MYSELF WELCOME AND AFTER FORTY YEARS STILL FEEL I MADE THE RIGHT DECISION TO ATTEND, PETER J.M. PALLESEN, CALGARY, ALBERTA, CANADA.
For the cost, compared to others, what you get is very good. In the end it will depend on what you put into it, but PSU definitely I feel gives the opportunity to reach you goals. Especially in SEM fields
I was recently working in the library and was having some trouble with the copier and printer. One of the library aids named Kelsie was absolutely incredible in helping me. She quickly and expertly fixed the problem and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed, and was super polite the entire time.
1992 through 1995 Ronald C & Patricia J Hodes both attended together and loved every minute of it. Ron passed away six years ago today November 17, 2014. We were married 38 years. Our time at the U of P was the most enjoyable and a great …
UP is a great school academically. We have some of the best professors in the country and the classes are really great. Unfortunately there are several things that make me wish I hadn’t chosen UP as my college: …
I’m a PSU Viking, so this one might be tough 😉 just kidding! I loved the campus when I stopped by with friends. The students were social and friendly and the location was far enough from downtown Portland to where you’re tricked into the atmosphere of a traditional campus. Work it, UP, work it.
Took my younger daughter to tour the school. She ended up registering during visitation day! We are very confident and loved the atmosphere, staff member, their challenging courses and the soccer field; everyone was very helpful. We are looking forward to visit Oregon often now!
Just came by to take a look at the campus along with some of my friends who are alumni at UP, but from what I saw of the campus this place is beautiful! Set in the northern section of Portland, the campus looks like it went through a bunch …
Lovely, but foggy, catholic school campus set on bluff above the Willamette. UP is gorgeous and timeless. The original (renovated) University of Columbia building is a must see, as is the chapel and the belltower. The school itself is a good one, but you can find reviews of their academics and athletics elsewhere.
I really enjoyed my experience here and in the city of Portland. The small class sizes were a great fit for me and the professors, by and large, were incredible and supportive and worked hard to maintain a high level of academic rigor to …
Absolutely loved my time at UP. I looked at a LOT of different schools in the NW, but chose this one. The campus is beautiful, especially in the Spring. The teachers are excellent. The class sizes are small. The courses are challenging. …
The school is quite far from Portland downtown; however, the environment is really great. It is quite and huge that i believe students can study and enjoy the study time peacefully.
The IELP program is bad, because they ignore the student’s questions. The program is not suitable for students who want to learn easily. They offer many tests and exams, all you can learn is how to take the test !so if you guys just want to …
SJW dystopia.

It’s simply amazing! The faculty and staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. They really blew me away.

Took me in after a tumultuous 2 years working towards my associates and offered a more generous scholarship than my GPA alone would have gotten me. …
