  6. I worked for this company temporarily and answered calls for complaints. The complaints were rectified and if I had the opportunity to work there again…I would do it in a split of a second. I enjoyed working with the staff and management.

  7. The trash is picked up every Monday. The empty can is invariably left in the middle of the driveway entrance requiring that I leave the car in the middle of the street while I get out of the car and move the can.

  12. Not professional! Instead of placing my recycle bin where you found it you leave it laying face down in the middle of my drive way so I have to pick it up and move it as I arrive home!   13. I have had to order 3 new trash cans since Richards disposal started picking up in my neighborhood. The garbage man slings the trash can when they empty it and it causes the can to continually break.
