Worst experience of my life having a baby here glad I will never have to come here again cried for days after how I was treated by the midwife and nurses so many back problems now from delivering the baby ..
The nasty and worst services that i received ever… the secretary in the first north floor was really rude and avoid to attend me ….her name is Mellissa…horrible services
I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS HOSPITAL EVER. NO COMMUNICATION WITH DOCTORS OR NURSES. MY MOTHER 90 WAS A PATIANT THERE AND HAD TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS WRONG AFTER SHE WENT TO REHAB AT CARE ONE MILLBURY. TOLD ALOT OF NURSES ABOUT SWALLING PROBLEMS …
I also was taken by ambulance tonight. I was treated so badly that I actually got up and walked out without them even acknowledging me. I have e very serious medical condition…
Just spent 8 hours there and never got seen by a doctor and the staff was so rude I wouldn’t go there folks that place is the worst stay away if you go you’ll be sorry
This Place is very expensive . for an injection they charge you $100 as administration fees. i know medical services are expensive but this is hyper expensive. Please check twice before you request for any service here.
Why do you have a fully functional online ER check-in that I spent time filling out all my personal and health info, only to show up at the hospital at my given appointment time and told they know NOTHING about online check-in?
My wife was kidnapped by this hospital & This hospital is the worst i took my wife to the E.R. last night to voluntarily admit her self to the psychiatric department for a medication evaluation and as soon as we got there i asked for help …
The Medical Records Department is very professional – I’m requesting a copy of medical records with a problem and staff in the department is respectful and helpful to resolve the issue. Thank you ladies!
The nurses in triage where very rude. This hospital is going down hill.. Go to u mass.. I will never bring my mother back here again!!!!!!!! The room we are in is dirty and stinks!!!
There is lady by the name Laurie work at the ER she’s rude and mean and she told me to go back to my country this is my country and I am American and I pay tax but I don’t work at hospital and I’m suppose to be human
Dr.Shah is amazing very detailed and efficient but Maritza his medical assistant made me feel comfortable .I will definitely refer family and friends.Thank you !
I went to the er on January 23 2016 cause of back pain and an awful belly ache.. At first they seems to show some care but it soon changed.. While I was waiting to see the doctor the nurse came in and told me to pee in cup so they can check …
Terrible hospital it isnt the first time i have had a bad experience either- i went to the dentist and learned an i had a broken jaw- i wven provided xrays to the staff- they made me wait around for 4 hours before telling me that they dont …
I’m going to say in specifics do not go here at night never met a larger group of people who are all so unbelievably miserable. Also I was chased and beaten by security guards before having complete restructural jaw surgery, really epitomizes Worcester’s trashy look.
I cannot even begin to describe the terrible experience we have had at this hospital. DO NOT SEEK MEDICAL CARE HERE. There is no communication or caring in this building. I thought the reviews may be harsh but trust me they are not!!!!!
hippa is literally not a thing, there were 3 people in one room with dividers and me and my mom could hear where these people lived and what was happening to them in detail
The social worker, Johana, discharged my mother in law in the middle of a snow storm on Feb 18 2014 when no one was home. She was in a johnny stuck in a van for 2 hours with no coat or shows, bare feet. What kind of heartless corporation is this.
It is extremely hard to get into contact with anyone. Their calls are sent to an oversees call center and they hang up or get disconnected all the time.
I think it is an excellent hospital and I’ve been treated very well there The staff is very friendly and courteous The staff that I have encountered have good attitudes That is something that I have R ARE LYfound IN any of the other hospitals IN WORC EST ER
Spent three days there in April and two days there in June after hip surgery the surgeon was fantastic Dr Christopher Vinton your backup union busting nurses were awful
Never been happy as an inpatient here. I don’t ask for much, so my review of 2 stars isn’t bcuz I expect a lot. Too much doesn’t get done, ordered….., when you have a team of docs (students)….., too many cooks in the kitchen…….
Obviously if you merit being in the hospital it isn’t going to be a fantastic time. But the nurses and doctors were all very sincere and helpful, I truly felt that these people cared.
This hospital has gone downhill over the years. Very poor patient and family treatment. Rude nurses treat patients awful, if you are elderly you better have a family member advocate for you otherwise you’ll be ignored. Best to avoid this hospital.
Everyone is great Dr. GOYAL, DR. DIMITRI AND DR. Malvey. Only 1 O.R. nurse was a little abrasive. Hopefully just had a bad day. I only suggest this hospital and its Drs.. They are fantastic. THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS! THAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF HEALING.
Knowledgeable and experienced doctors in their emergency department, as well as their insurance department. They were really helpful, and made sure I had the best insurance possible for my income and personal setting. Very kind and helpful staff.
I need to speak with someone that has some type of authority. I have a pregnant girlfriend who is not being treated fair and been given the run around. I need to speak with someone imediately about this matter. We are not happy at all and I …
Last month I was in the ER for psyc related issues. The staff was so great. Especially to my family. There is a possibility that those people saved my life. Forever grateful.
Had my second child here, as a c-section (planned- he was 10lbs 4oz and I’m not a big woman) back in 2011, and the care and respect we were shown was top class. I fully recommend the birthing center here.
Dont go here and dont have them bill your health insurance company for the rude and uneducated ‘care’ they give you. I told them to transport me to umass where i can get taken care of and they didnt. The nurses are rude and stupid. Go to …
Doesn’t even deserve one star. Horrible won’t be going back. Went in for chest pain and breathing issues .. Basically brushed me off .. Gave me and bed and had me sit for 2 hours without being seen by anyone, while I watched the staff …
I wouldn’t recommend St Vincent Hospital. We are waiting here now for five hours total, three hours for the doctor to come in which he hasn’t. Haven’t had any communication or check ups by nurses or standing by staff. We are currently …
Absolutely terrible experience, I was literally assaulted by a tech named Chris. Took me 12 hours to be admitted. Once admitted I was robert physically removed my medication and the whole thing got out of control. Worst hospital visit i havr ever been to.
I have very good opinion about ST .Vincent Hospital .My son had a very good care under DR.Macree care .Staff and nurses very friendly and caring .Room 210 ( urology clinic )I give you guys 5 Stars .
I have been moving all my specialists and procedures to St Vincent’s hospital after I had full hip replacement surgery done there. If the hospital, organization, staff, care, catering are 5 stars (and it is) then I have to give the (Reliant) surgeon 6 stars – best hospital experiences ever.
I had open heart surgery. Aortic valve
replaced as well as a patch on my aorta . I was happy to have an excellent surgeon Dr Bojar. He saved my life. Thank you , happy to be alive. Very grateful . Very good medical team. Your the best.
Don’t waste your time. I went home worse than when I went in. No pain control but they were happy to reproduce the pain while I was there. Patch did absolutely nothing. Staff treats you like cattle. Run don’t walk away from this hospital if you care about your loved ones. I will be speaking with my insurance company as well.
I took my son for a sleep study there. Just getting them to give us a date for the study was worse than pulling teeth without anesthesia. They didn’t even have the appropriate accomodations for parents in the rooms. They came to fix my …
Edward McInerny PA-C in Dr. Anthony Izzo’s office has outstanding communication with explaining my husbands medical problems.Mr. McInerny is associated with Community Neuroscience Services.
Saint Vincent’s is a great hospital! I had a c-section in August. Everyone was very kind and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. Would totally recommend to others.
My mother was recently back here for the 3rd time in a matter of 6 months I’d say. Two of the times she was on unit 35 , I’d like to give kudos to a pca that had her named erika, the first time she was her pca and the second time she wasent …
My son has had a complex problem for some time now and we have interacted with nearly countless doctors/PAs/nurses – with 8 hrs of chest surgery, 7 days in hospital recovery, followup, etc. There have been a couple of disappointments but …
The office staff is extremely rude over the phone. Not only did they have an attitude with me but the first time I called they refused to give me information on my minor daughter. I called back, got the information, then asked for them to …
Their staff are horrible about getting insurance and appointments set up. It’s been three months and still they say it is my insurance they are waiting on for my Botox injections. I have been taking Botox for two years and new to the area. Never had any problems before with my same insurance. Poor service
I go to Saint V’s emergency regularly because I haven’t had great luck finding a primary. The wait time is usually quick and the nursing staff are the best.
There are merely 20 patient in Emergency room and they couldn’t handle them. For an ultrasound we are waiting since 5hrs.
If someone has to wait for that much of time in emergency…I don’t why they named it emergency room.
Inhumanity is their specialty!those who have true emergencies need not apply! Had so many BS lies told to me they couldn’t keep what they had told me straight. Would hang my head in shame if I ever carried myself in the manner not only the …
The nurses where professional and seemed to really care about giving me the best possible care. Always asked if I needed anything else or if they could do something more for me. If I had to be sick again, I wouldnt go anywhere else for recovery.
As a Worcester resident and previous St. Vincent patient I find it unacceptable that they refuse their nurses demands for good working conditions and livable wages while their CEO gets millions. Shameful
AVOID this hospital!!!! These people have no bedside manner! They spend their time chatting about how horrible patients are, their vacations, boyfriend’s, and husband’s. I sat for over four hours without being given my medication. I am a …
I’ve had to go to UMASS several times, and always rather go to St V’s. No where is perfect, but St V’s leaps and bounds better comparatively.
Update: it’s disappointing to see how petty the MNA is being. Last I read, …
Broke a tooth on Christmas day, went to the ER. After an hour and a half curled up in the fetal position in the waiting room, I started screaming in pain. They called security on me. …
Hands down the WORST emergency room! They asked for samples after losing them for the second time, they asked to get blood work when someone had already done so 10 minutes ago and when she attempted to draw blood she couldn’t, I saw not …
My mother DIED because of the incompetence of this hospital.
She went via ambulance because she was in immense pain unable to swallow with burning pain in her throat at a level 10 for 3 days with shortness of breath. She …
Was there 4 hours for a dislocated finger. 2 doctors to 2 stitch my finger. One lady that wanted payment for emergency call 3 times even though nothing was done. Received payment bill a week after deadline. Incredible experience, would probably die if it was life threatening problem
They took me right in! No wait. The nurses and doctors were really nice! They kept me smiling even though I was really sick. They really seem to care. They also keep checking up on you. Overall great place to get seen for an emergency.
I asked for a breast cancer screening, to see if I had a probability of having breast cancer, given my family history. After a thorough screening, the oncologist seemed to think that I should have the blood test done, given my odds. The …
This place is run by greedy, inconsiderate imbeciles and I wish with all my heart I could talk to the board of directors and tell them that to their faces. I never ever leave reviews but I am so disgusted with everything about this place, …
Who ever the case manager “DAVID” is completely RUDE! My father is dying and NOT Only was he RUDE to my mother but he was rude to me and refused to do the paper work for my Father to be placed in HOSPICE! He wanted to place him where HE …
Horrible experience in the ER. Came in at 730 didn’t leave until almost 1 AM. My family member had palpitations and was sent here from urgent care and an EKG wasn’t done until 1130 PM. Complete waste of time. I thought this hospital was better than UMASS but I was completely wrong. Doctor was extremely rude. Never again.
The nursing, doctors, residents, and students were fabulous. So helpful and friendly. The only reason to not give 5 stars was the food from the in house catering service was less than desirable. Actually horrible as well as slow.
I have been going to physical therapy there for over a year Lauren is as good as they come. Without her regimen she is constantly changing and pushing me to my limits I would not be as close to success now from a serious knee injury.
Worcester Pediatrics on the 6th floor is the best pediatrician office I’ve been to, great nurses and doctors and I appreciate that they can make emergency sick day appointments on saturdays
I showed up with an abscess, or infection in my face from a tooth. The pain is intense. I complained that I have been waiting over 4 hours without being seen, does the nurse get the doctor, nope, she spends the time to check and correct …
I was seen jn the Er on 7/20/2018 with An extremely stiff neck, swollen glands, sore throat and a fever. I’m not one to complain but i never have fever so this was new to me. I was treated pretty well by staff so that wasn’t a complaint as …
I walked into the ER having a heart attack. I don’t think that it was five minutes before I was in the cath lab. They were able to spare my groin and go in through my wrist. The procedure is supposed to take 90 minutes, the people in the lab worked together like a well oiled machine. From start to finish it took about 45 minutes.
Everyone in the ER was so helpful and informative. i was immediately brought in to be seen and out within about 5 hours. Even the insurance staff the next day were great to deal with, they knew who I was by name. This is definitely my hospital of choice
In recognition that we were at the St. V’s ER at a time that patient traffic was solid but not maniacal, our experience could only be classified as truly excellent. Doctors, nurses, support staff were not only knowledgeable and …
The emergency department at this Hospital in 2015 and 2016 were terrible. There’s zero compassion for people in pain and anxiety. The triage abuses medical records and the resident surgeons suck. They don’t care because to them you are just …
The lady in the maternity ward next to me had a C section and had no one to help with the new baby and the nurses on the day shift where really nice to her. However I noticed at night and as the days went on they yelled at her because she …
How can your doctor Andrew Ketterer not even send me a bill and then send me straight to collection. When you are treated in the emergency room and don’t even have your first ER bill due yet, why do you immediately have your doctor’s …
UPDATE: someone tried reaching out to me from Saint V after this review and did not leave a voicemail and i cant call back to speak with anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Went to this ER last night. It was probably the worst thing I’ve …
Im writing this review as i lay in bed in the second floor. The nurses and Aids couldnt be more proffesional, attentive and super friendly. The service that Im getting is beyond what I expected based on the circunstances with the Covid19. …

I recently became a patient here because i got hurt at work. My review this hospital has poor communication with me. I am a patient with orthopedic Department and I have to keep calling. For example i was told i was going to receive a call …
Patients safety first! Take care of your nurses on the picket line and end this strike already. Your hospital used to be top notch and that’s not the case anymore.
I have yet to make it to my Dr.‘s office. What has struck me is the lack of cleanliness in the restrooms and public areas. In some areas it was clear that it had not been cleaned in days. Not what I expect of a hospital
They have genuinely good staff working there but I feel like once you go into the emergency room and you tell them the problem they don’t listen. Like they just don’t listen you tell them everything and they just like basically give you …
My 95 year old mother was at St. Vincent Emergency Room on Monday from 8:30am to 4:30pm without even being offered some water. What kind of place is this that not one staff person thought of offering such an elderly person a glass of water. What a shame and disrespect for another human.
My mom went in yesterday at 12pm for a procedure. My,dad got a call at 445 stating that she was still in,surgery and that she will be staying overnight. No other I,information given. …
So I logged in to there website and under contact left my story. But I will again. I came in to St Vs on 7/19 and was seen in the ER. The only reason why is because UMass was incredibly busy and the online checkin at St Vs said I would only …
staff fluctuate between being friendly and being rude, as with most places where anything but robots are employed.Unfortunately, I believe low staffing has contributed to poor bedside manner in the PCU. When family members are asking …

I have been to St. Vincent’s two times in past week. As I am on new medication and I’ve been experiencing severe panic attacks. I’ve never known what a panic attack was or how to control them. When you mention *anxiety* to doctors and …
I recently had surgery at this hospital after an accident. I received the best care from every doctor, nurse, PCA, and even house cleaning staff. I started out in the ER and the care I received there was great too. Thank you for making the best of a tough situation.
I was at St Vincnents on 6/27/17 for out patient surgery. Frankly for most of the day I was treated very well. There were two issues that have me mark my rating down to a very low result. …
This is for the GI department. Firstly, the nurses were very friendly and tried to keep my spirits up, but I had an endoscope, and colonoscopy and it was an EXTREMELY unpleasant experience. They did not properly sedate me, I kept telling …
First time at this ER. I was impressed. They were very busy, but we didn’t have to wait for any length of time to be seen. Very quick. To me, this is how an emergency department is supposed to run. Everyone busy doing what they’re supposed to be doing. Excellent care by the Dr. we saw and the nurses!
After a bad time earlier today waiting in the ER .. I reached out to a floor supervisor ( however you call this position) and decided to come back later on the night. The staff that checked me in and got me into a room quickly were very nice and efficient. It was a better experience than earlier.
Been known to make huge medical mistakes and right now only 1 visitor a day… One visitor a day!!!!!! Umass – 1 visitor at a time not a day…. Will avoid St Vincent’s at all cost… Management doesn’t care about employees (Nurses on strike) and apparently not the patients either….
I am currently here with my fiance and we have been together for almost 15 years . Our lives are intertwined as husband and wife just don’t see a need for the piece of paper. I am his legal healthcare proxie and power of attorney if …
They are over worked and communication is lacking. Nothing ever explained to me. CT was great. Seem to know what they were doing and were extremely nice. No a good experience.
I have been trying to find out who to file a complaint with at this hospital and keep getting the run around. My mom was inpatient from 12/25 to 12/29 at which time she was sent to rehab. Sometime between 12/27 and 12/29 one of her …

Andrew the nurse, in ICU, is very rude and unprofessional. Yelled at me for not knowing the answer, off the top of my head immediately, then hung up on me, after telling me, “never mind, you know nothing, I’ll figure it out myself. ” …
I definitely do not recommend this location to anyone who is having their first or even second birthing experience. I practically delivered my own child with my husband alone in the birthing room before anyone assisted. They robbed me of my …
I had a very recent mastectomy this Columbus Day (10/8/18) and I can’t tell you how incredible my experience was with the St. Vincent doctors, nurses and support staff. My surgeon, Dr. Alosi, and other Drs. Narula nd One were so caring and …
This hospital has one of the worst ER departments I’ve ever seen! A nurse had the audacity to try to diagnose me when I came in for something totally unrelated! Another lied to me! This is blatant malpractice as is the wrong diagnosis they …
The worst ER experience in my 41 years. You couldn’t pay me to go back. I went in for a broken back in the worst pain of my life, unable to walk. They took 6 x-rays, told me everything looked fine, and sent me home with Tylenol. The …
This hospital and treating staff will be held responsible for the death of my father. For over 2 weeks my father was being treated for something he never had. Instead of doing their due diligence on a patient with a prior cancer …
I hate to agree with everyone here but the some of these stories are true . I went in this morning with really painful lymphnode by the jaw that hasn’t stopped in a little over a week and have been taken ibuprofen around the clock with just …
I went to a room the sodium water ran out then I been asking for phych help and still depressed and suicidal and still here I was put in a waiting room only one person has talked to me I asked remove th if because it was empty they moved me in waiting 2 to 7 hours waiting
Abyssmal quality. I showed up at 12AM 9/12/17. The wait to be “seen” was about average. However upon following the nurse I was directed to a bed where I laid for 2 1-2 hours before I even had so much as an acknowledgement that I was a …

I ha e been here for physical therapy on 2 different occasions and have had to use there ER a few times in my life. The interior of the hospital is absolutely beautiful and the vast majority of the staff are amazing helpful people. The …
If I could give this hospital 0 stars I would. The way they have profited during this pandemic at the expense of nurses and patients is unforgivable. Nurses have literally sacrificed their lives caring for Covid patients while Tenet lines their pockets. Disgraceful!
I was very apprehensive after finding out about my lung cancer, but the wonderful surgical team helped me to understand and know what I could be facing, and walked me through all phases of the process, even things that could go wrong. And …
My Doctor George Abraham is the best.He has taken great care of me over the years.Dr Vinton is also a great doctor at St Vincent. I have all positive experiences at this Hospital.
Was just at the hospital to have emergency surgery to get kidney stones removed. The staff there was amazing. I want to give a special thank you to 2 amazing nurses Julie & Lori & to PCA Cynthia. It’s a team like this that makes this hospital so amazing. Thank you to the team on 34 north.
The nurse Amy in the ER was very rude and disrespectful. My 98 yr old grandmother got taken in by rescue. I called an hour later to see what was happening and let them know we would be up shortly. Her exact words ‘ I don’t know I had to …
The Nurse Denice was so cruel to me, and few other staff, but she was the worse they kick me out. I had a miscarriage and I have been in pain over a week, the ER staff was nice to me, they took care me and did emergency surgery on me. But …
Take better care of your nurses. They deserve safe working conditions because that ultimately means better patient outcomes. Sad that this hospitals CEO gives themself a million + bonus but treats frontline workers in such a degrading way.
Worst experience ever!!!! Horrible ER staff. Came in on 5/8/17 and the wait time was 4.5 hours in which I waited. I was throwing up in the mean time & asked the triage nurse for some saltines & Tylenol. She was very rude and said when ever …

I used to work for Saint V’s but have since departed after moving to a new company. Earlier this week, my great grandfather fell and broke his hip and was transported to Saint V’s. I was nervous because I couldn’t just pop in to check on …
I find this hospital so easy to visit for appointments. It is so pretty in the atrium and relaxing. There is good food to be had if you have time. Almost everyone validates parking which is great not everyone can afford to pay to park. Everything seems to run efficiently.
The nursing staff and other lower staff is good and helpful. The building and environment is great. But the Doctor and management staff is terrible. Nothing gets done for days and patient just suffers. Before they attend a patient, …
Elderly family member in ER yesterday, dehydrated. Asked for water and a personal item. Was never given either. Beyond me why she was not given an IV while waiting 5 hours for tests to be run. Or at the very least water. Highly disappointing.
Horrible!! Don’t bring your loved one here the nursing staff is too busy to speak with you. Whoever answers the phone puts you on hold and dies not have time to hear your thoughts. The communication is awful and if this hospital can not provide adequate treatment than close down this hospital!
My sister gave birth here a few months ago. After I gave birth at an AMAZING practice in Greenfield, I was so disappointed for her in this experience at St. Vincent’s. I’m giving it two stars instead of one because the nurses actually …
I called to conform the time of an appointment and had to endure and respond to at least ten questions just to get transferred to the department where my appointment was going to be. All to go to their collections department. Totally ridiculous!
Been waiting since 1 am yesterday. No info. Just got into an er room for them to ignore my nurse call for over ten mins. I am beyond scared for my own health.
I get very anxious around doctors. It is never a good sign when you have to go to the ER.
I had to stay overnight, but I must have had 12 different nurses attending me …

This place is disgusting. They even refuse to accept cash as payment in some of their offices. Seek another hospital that actually puts money back into itself.
Too bad google won’t let me give zero stars. I went to St. Vincent on 20 September of 2021. I sat in the waiting room for three hours and when I was finally called Dr. Darvish didn’t want to be near my service dog. I was never treated but I have a bill for over one thousand dollars. I feel it’s dishonest.
Soon after my wife and I learned that we were having a child, we have been patiently awaiting the special day we could meet our son. On the morning of June 10, 2021 my wife and I arrived to Labor and Delivery due to her having some …

Waited an hour with a pinched nerve cant hardly move. No one did a pain assesment they got someone passed out in the hallway when all the rooms are available. These people behave like they so busy when thet not. Actors and actresses looking for power over others. God Almighty rebuke their pride thru Christ Holy name Amen.

I don’t usually write reviews but my horrible experience in the emergency department today has prompted me to. I was taken my ambulance to the ER around 7:30pm. The shift nurse was very nice. I only saw the doctor twice. I was discharged at …
My dad broke his hip. Waited hours in the ER to get pain meds. When the nurse finally came she said she could not find the meds. He was admitted after spending the night in the ER. Weekend staff in the main hospital was totally useless! Worse experience we’ve ever had in a hospital. Very sad.

I just started working there so this from a new hire perspective as a nurse. Everyone has been kind to me. People have been welcoming, friendly, professional, giving their all to serve our patient’s. To give the best quality care we can.
We had a fantastic experience at Saint Vincent’s Hospital a few weeks ago for the birth of our child. From the moment we were admitted right up until we took our little one home, we felt so well cared for. The nurses and staff in both the …
This place for being a hospital is disgusting. I was here last night and noone has cleaned anything. Same stuff all over since yesterday. You should also see the tables. Dirty for being a hospital. I prefer UMass.
Edit: I’ve sent emails, but there hasn’t been a response.
I had visited the ER twice in the span of three days, but my treatment was subpar. Not only was my information recorded incorrectly (both visits) but also my …

When you walk in the atrium is pretty but I couldn’t believe how dirty the floors in the exam room and hallways to the exam room were. Absolutely disgusting how is that sanitary for a medical facility?! Especially since my husband was having surgery here.
Absolutely horrible hospital. Currently working there through a subcontracted company and I am trying to transfer to another position, only to find out I am not allowed to find a reason. Also staffing cannot be any more rude the company …

The hospital is good though when it is found out that I am homeless I am treated as a dog
Great place good food
This hospital is clean. Staff are professional. I recommend this hospital.
Very Negative experience and watch out there are hidden cameras in alot of the rooms recording at all times.
Love walking the atrium! The food is very affordable too.
So bad I would never come back and staff dont even no what there talking about by far worst hospital.
They do not know how to treat their employees.
Convenience of all my doctor’s and specialists in one place.
Worst experience of my life having a baby here glad I will never have to come here again cried for days after how I was treated by the midwife and nurses so many back problems now from delivering the baby ..
I see dr. Izzo in neurology and he’s very thorough and an actual nice dr.
Worst emergency ever. No compassion and they leave you sitting without answers for hours while you see plenty of people who got in after you go in.
Has a food court. Nice staff
Sadly, Tenet cares only about profits. Not about patients or their staff.
This a a first rate hospital
Worst service I have ever experienced in a hospital
Not somewhere I am thrilled to go to, maternity nurse Barbara Brooks is outstanding though
Shame on St Vincent’s for not supporting there nurses! Pay your heros properly!
Great hospital, especially compared to the other area hospitals! Never had a problem!
Been waiting over 2 weeks for the hospital to obtain a referral for my knee surgery. Not impressed.
Rude disqusting staff. Glad i dont live in Mass. Feel sorry for the people who need to relie on this hospital. Gross
The staff is nice and friendly. but i felt that the Doctor takes to long to show up between times.
Personally do not understand why i furnished my email address to this institution after my previously post. No one has contacted me.
The nurses on the 2nd floor have NO bed side manner at all, the were very rude and never have time for there patient
This was worst experience of my life! Ride staff, disregard for people who need actual care. Also patient care was non existent…
I also was taken by ambulance tonight. I was treated so badly that I actually got up and walked out without them even acknowledging me. I have e very serious medical condition…
I was barely there for a couple of hours. Quickest er trip I’ve ever had.
I had colonoscopy. It was very good and everything went smooth and perfect. I was so pleased.
I just had a baby boy there and all the staff members were super friendly. I felt so comfortable being there. very clean place loved it
My wife was kidnapped by this hospital & This hospital is the worst i took my wife to the E.R. last night to voluntarily admit her self to the psychiatric department for a medication evaluation and as soon as we got there i asked for help …
GYNO , if you are not pregnant , they push you to the end of the line, I felt like I was being treated very differently///
There is lady by the name Laurie work at the ER she’s rude and mean and she told me to go back to my country this is my country and I am American and I pay tax but I don’t work at hospital and I’m suppose to be human
The delivery nurses are truly the most dedicated, caring and inspiring women. If I could give them 10 stars I would!
Tranquil, peaceful atrium. Both of my kids were born here. It felt more like staying at a hotel then in a hospital!
Dr.Shah is amazing very detailed and efficient but Maritza his medical assistant made me feel comfortable .I will definitely refer family and friends.Thank you !
11.11.2020
Bad experiences all around. Poor medical care. I won’t elaborate . Most staff were great but management and corporate policy is inept
The only time you a nurse is for meds,, and other people for tests and treatments,,, the aides there are the worsed,,they do nothing
Awful hospital. I was treated with complete disrespect by multiple nurses and they refused to feed me or give me water. If I could I woul rate 0
This place is the worst hospital in the world. The nurses striking treated me better then the nurses inside.
I recently had surgery here. Excellent care, great staff (PCAs, nurses, PAs, housekeeping and food service) and it’s a very clean facility!
The social worker, Johana, discharged my mother in law in the middle of a snow storm on Feb 18 2014 when no one was home. She was in a johnny stuck in a van for 2 hours with no coat or shows, bare feet. What kind of heartless corporation is this.
Beautiful facility, incredible atrium. Not a patient, just a visitor.
Very helpful answer any questions you might have
Spent three days there in April and two days there in June after hip surgery the surgeon was fantastic Dr Christopher Vinton your backup union busting nurses were awful
The early you go the fast you get out .
I love how my doctor’s take care of me .
I’m.happy I made that decision to change doctor’s from umass .
Never been happy as an inpatient here. I don’t ask for much, so my review of 2 stars isn’t bcuz I expect a lot. Too much doesn’t get done, ordered….., when you have a team of docs (students)….., too many cooks in the kitchen…….
Updated review!!! I needed heart surgery so decided to go to Mass General where the nurse to patient ratio is 1 nurse, 2 patients, not 5 patients.
The WORST unorganized hospital I’ve everrr been too. This place is an absolute joke.. I would give zero stars but I can’t .
Bathroom not cleaned since 8:52am on 8/2. It is 8/4 8:53am.
My daughter received great care in the emergency room for a minor emergency. Staff were very friendly and professional.
Went to pick up clothes . Had to go to emergency room. Delt with security team only. Very nice and helpful . Never entered the hospital.
Daughter just had her baby there. She loved the attentive, caring, intelligent staff and promised a return visit in the future!
Would hang my head in shame if I ever carried myself in the manner not only the …
1000s of $ for PT vs $90 yoga class guess which one healed me
The nurses where professional and seemed to really care about giving me the best possible care.

The …

A great hospital to feel better – physically & emotionally. Beautiful building, especially the atrium. Nice place to sit & relax.

The care was amazing that my dad received.
The part that was less amazing was $202 of my dad’s being stolen from his …

My brother was a patient in February of this year. I was informed by some of his visitors that one particular nurse was speaking disparagingly about me and my lack of care about my brother and his condition (eg., hasn’t come to visit, …

I definitely do not recommend this location to anyone who is having their first or even second birthing experience. I practically delivered my own child with my husband alone in the birthing room before anyone assisted. They robbed me of my …
Emergency room a joke. Was a good er but has dropped off way off the chart long wait times no matter what the conditions are really terrible service!
I had a very recent mastectomy this Columbus Day (10/8/18) and I can’t tell you how incredible my experience was with the St. Vincent doctors, nurses and support staff. My surgeon, Dr. Alosi, and other Drs. Narula nd One were so caring and …

Abyssmal quality. I showed up at 12AM 9/12/17. The wait to be “seen” was about average. However upon following the nurse I was directed to a bed where I laid for 2 1-2 hours before I even had so much as an acknowledgement that I was a …

Just save yourself the trouble and go to a hospital where they will properly assist you and not lie to your face. …
Been waiting since 1 am yesterday. No info. Just got into an er room for them to ignore my nurse call for over ten mins. I am beyond scared for my own health.

This place is disgusting. They even refuse to accept cash as payment in some of their offices. Seek another hospital that actually puts money back into itself.
I am extremely disappointed at the level of coordinated care provided by St. Vincent’s. …

St. Vincent Hospital is a great hospital with great nurses and doctors. Big thanks to them all.
My dad broke his hip. Waited hours in the ER to get pain meds. When the nurse finally came she said she could not find the meds. He was admitted after spending the night in the ER. Weekend staff in the main hospital was totally useless! Worse experience we’ve ever had in a hospital. Very sad.
