I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate this practice. They were so kind and knew the latest treatments available for my family member who needed help. If you want to be treated like a person and not a number, this is a great practice.
Terrible experience attempting to book an appointment. That, combined with making a statement about someone being/not being a client in a public forum (in response to this review) makes me wonder what type of care and respect of privacy this office provides.
Great reputation for many years sending many patients to them and being very impressed on how they treat patients (double meaning of word treat from respect to the high expertise in their medical/medication interventions.
The initial interaction was abismal. However, one I finally got through to a health professional she was great. I actually told them I was going to another provider that’s how unhappy I was. After all the BS when I got to a mental professional she was great. I can only recommend if u are willing to deal with the BS.
