  4. Don’t let there late appointments and same day scheduling trick you in to thinking you’ll reasonably get an appointment. The front desk is pretty awful. The doctors are good.

  9. Every time you call here you’re on hold for at least 20 min. I had a phone appt scheduled for 730 one morning. I called at 7:25 and was on hold until 8:00 before anyone answered my call. Dr never even called back after. Horrible customer service

  10. Absolutely wonderful care, especially doctor Kate Cousineo. She goes above and beyond for her patients no matter what walk of life they come from. The small time vibe is very much present here, so you dont feel rushed and are actually asked- genuinely- how your day is.

  11. I made an appointment for myself and when I got to the clinic I asked if my husband could be seen. After four different people where seen before mee. They called my husband. It was like they never where going to call me back. The nurse was very rude once I told her I’m the one with an appointment. I feel very discriminated against.

  12. Beautiful facility. Thorough, thoughtful, attentive care. They were awesome with my kids (ages 4 and 1). The doctor called and followed up today which was so considerate, as well. Also, they were disinfecting everything while we were there which was appreciated and so nice to see.
