  1. Used to be great, but now the download speed is very low. Can’t even watch a youtube video without pausing it and waiting for it to buffer. Hoping it will get better.. I get everything i need to get done, so thats good. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Today, our connection is dropping completely every couple minutes. Completely unusable. It was a pain just to get to this page to write this. Absolutely ridiculous.

  4. Don’t like posting negative review but they leave me no choice. Very unresponsive not a good value but for some of us this is our only option and they know it. For $140/month it’s painful to pay for this level of service.

  5. We’ve been using POVN for many years. If we have a problem they often come out and take care of it. If it were not for them we would not have TV, internet that does a great Job. It depends on where you live…..we are lucky!

  6. I’d avoid at all costs if possible. They don’t know what customer service is, and they sell you terrible speeds for exorbitant prices. Network stability is terrible at best, and management doesn’t seem to care to fix it.

No interest in helping get service restored, very limited customer service hours, don’t reply to messages , no help on weekends, horrible customer service. Great while it works but God help you if you have a problem especially nights and weekends.
