  1. Excellent staff. I always have a good experience.
I have to say thank you to NP Nickki I believe her name was, for taking such a good care of me at the ER last night.

  2. The ER is FABULOUS!!! Everyone working there are wonderful, harworking people. I appreciate everything they did for myself and family and everything they do for our community!!!! Thank you so mych!

  3. Always takes hours to get anything done, ridiculous wait times, seems like 99% of the time the doctor just forgets you’re there, and they couldn’t care less about fixing it, been this way for 5+ years, its a joke.

  4. So after all the accusations.come to find out I have old school phenomena I feel aful but at least it wasn’t drug withdraws or alchole.likei was accused of in this hospital.they did a shift change and the new Dr spoke to me like I was a human being.thank you.

  5. I went in for kidney pain.went in at 4 and still sitting here 5 hours later and nothing !!no results from my test ! Iv had my nurse come in once and give me motrin! Watched my doctor and nurse walk around for hours but never said a word to …

  6. Truly awful here. Brought my girlfriend to the emergency room with post pregnancy problems and had to wait for hours before even any talk of resolution. For them just to tell us there’s no anesthesiologist in the whole facility. On a Monday. At 4:30 pm. If I could give less than a star, I would.

  7. This hospital keeps expanding but doesn’t seem to care who they hire. The staff is about get you in and out ASAP. I have been attending this place for over 20 years as it’s the only hospital/ER in my area. They never seem to care or run any kind of helpful testing. They are known for not caring about their patients.

  8. Summits Covid protocol is a joke! There is no separation for people who come in with COViD even though there could be. They have people unmasked that come in with COVID and go sit amongst the rest of the people. It’s the worst protocol ever! It’s almost like they want you to be infected!

  9. Been trying to schedule an MRI, as ordered by my physician. 3 WEEKS and no reply to my voicemail requests! No one in “scheduling” ever answers the phone. Called the Manager today, of course my call went to voicemail, have yet to hear back.

  10. I have a lot of pain and doctor said he can see that after he reviewed my ct scan and he said he couldn’t help me but with a couple of tramadol thx Doug ducey for leaving people in pain and suffering I would also leave less than a star if …

  11. Took care of my wife when her appendix was inflamed, right into the Er, quick testing, and off to surgery. The hospital Er and recovery room nieces were great. Thank you so much.

  12. Garbage hospital, layers of dust and hair in the lobby, waiting room and rooms. Besides that there is blood, used medical supplies on equipment and the floor. That’s nothing the the long wait times and poor quality of care. If you can go anywhere else for care.

  13. My husband tripped over rocks at our home in Overgaard late in the evening. I drove him to Summit Healthcare Emergency at 12 midnight. The nurses and the Dr. on duty 10-9-2020 to 10-10-2020 took real good care of my husband and I was …

  14. I had an extreme nosebleed for more than two days before I finally called 911 EMTs. THE EMTs WERE GR8 and said I should go to THIS ER so we did. …

  15. worst healthcare experience of my life. Er visit today with upper respiratory issues and asthma. I’ve treated myself at home for almost two weeks with little relief. Since I’m 71 and live alone, I thought I should be seen by a physician. …

  16. The emergency room he is usually very busy efficient although you might wait a few hours. The staff nurses doctors and everyone who work and for hospitals are very friendly getting what the patient needs. The doctors are very knowledgeable …

  17. My son was driving through the town when he was overcome with pain from a kidney stone. He waited it out for hours before going to this ER. They treated him like garbage! They were hostile and made a miserable situation far worse. He …

  18. Family member injured themselves, every person there was professional and courteous under busy conditions. The injury was addressed quickly and thoroughly, and explained to us in the same manner . I am very thankful for every person that I met there. Thank you for being there for us 👍👍👍👍👍 …

  19. Zero stars. Do not take a loved one here that is really sick. They will most likely not leave with you in your car. My Mom went in with Covid, then my brother. My Mom and brother were next door to each other. My Mom passed away… My …

  21. Worst experience of any emergency department anywhere in over five decades. Everyone that I talk to has told me that their treatment at this ER is so terrible that it makes a bad situation even worse and traumatic. The nurses and staff have …

  22. Went to emergency a few days ago, haven’t been to the hospital in 27 years,I was so dreading it,I was treated so well and professional, had to get a cat scan,so scary, glad I went,I was in so much pain,I really appreciate the kind doctor and …

  23. My father in law was treated there when he had covid. He was dying and they barely ran any tests then on top of that they dropped him and caused more damage to his kidneys. And tried sending him home when he was obviously getting worse. I will say if I’m going to die I would rather do it at home.

  24. I have to say this is the worst hospital i have ever been too. I just dont understand, you go to tucson or Phoenix and they deal with hundreds of patients a day, and there is no such thing as 4 hour to 6 hour waits for emergencies. What …

  25. Unacceptable wait times in the ER. My glucose level was elevated, and it took 5 hours for the staff to get bloodwork, administer insulin and fluids, and get me out of there. The advertisements about better wait times ARE false. DO not go unless you are dying, or near death.

  26. 7 Hours… 7 hours in the emergency room for nothing. They only ran two tubes of blood and a 5-minute ultrasound to look for a blood clot. That took 7 hours. In the end I was told, oh well it wasn’t the one thing we thought it could be… …

  28. We went to this Emergency Room after my husband crashed his mountain bike. We were seen to promptly and given professional care. Kudos to nurse Nicole, nurse John, tech Kelsey and Dr. Furrey for their kindness.

  29. This is not the best hospital. We came in last night around 9 pm. They told us we have to wait till the morning to do anything. Morning comes around and the one thing they had to do took 2 hours alone. Now we have been waiting for our …
