Worst hospital ever don’t go
So far so good. Able to get quick appointments for myself and my children. They are taking covid very seriously, which I appreciate.

Always takes hours to get anything done, ridiculous wait times, seems like 99% of the time the doctor just forgets you’re there, and they couldn’t care less about fixing it, been this way for 5+ years, its a joke.

Truly awful here. Brought my girlfriend to the emergency room with post pregnancy problems and had to wait for hours before even any talk of resolution. For them just to tell us there’s no anesthesiologist in the whole facility. On a Monday. At 4:30 pm. If I could give less than a star, I would.
The ER staff was friendly, provider was knowledgeable. Later in OB we had another great bunch of staff members take care of us. Was nice to have caring people on such a bad day.
This hospital keeps expanding but doesn’t seem to care who they hire. The staff is about get you in and out ASAP. I have been attending this place for over 20 years as it’s the only hospital/ER in my area. They never seem to care or run any kind of helpful testing. They are known for not caring about their patients.
Summits Covid protocol is a joke! There is no separation for people who come in with COViD even though there could be. They have people unmasked that come in with COVID and go sit amongst the rest of the people. It’s the worst protocol ever! It’s almost like they want you to be infected!
Been trying to schedule an MRI, as ordered by my physician. 3 WEEKS and no reply to my voicemail requests! No one in “scheduling” ever answers the phone. Called the Manager today, of course my call went to voicemail, have yet to hear back.

Garbage hospital, layers of dust and hair in the lobby, waiting room and rooms. Besides that there is blood, used medical supplies on equipment and the floor. That’s nothing the the long wait times and poor quality of care. If you can go anywhere else for care.

Unacceptable wait times in the ER. My glucose level was elevated, and it took 5 hours for the staff to get bloodwork, administer insulin and fluids, and get me out of there. The advertisements about better wait times ARE false. DO not go unless you are dying, or near death.
