  1. They treat you like a number and not a human…phone hold for hours…missing appointments which they had set up…treating patients rudely…understaffed…go ANYWHERE else

  2. A friend of mine was drugged and repeatedly raped by two men STAFF at the mental health division. This happened over several days until she got out. It was covered up.

  3. Disorganized and exceptionally inefficient service with a smile. You’re nothing more than a revenue generator to these people, which is the reason they smile at you (sometimes).

  4. I went to the primary care office for a well visit. They coded my visit wrong so the insurance would not pay I tried for a year to get it fixed to no avail. I ended up having to pay for my whole visit out of pocket.

  5. The ER is horrible. The same is just. Ugh NON CARING. Like come on fake it. COME ON! The ER could use some remodeling. The ER is starting to look like UC

  6. The service to long they put non sick in the back room before you.ive sat in the emergency room for a good two hours..people just was getting there and already got called to the back to see the doctor..if you don’t wanna wait a lifetime before getting seen I advise you to try another place

  7. This hospital was great! The nurses were all so nice and they called me the next day asking how I was doing! Never had that experience before!

  8. Want to have a pre-surgery testing done today the service was okay but some of them employees can be very unprofessional and using the f word several times in a conversation and I have surgery at this location next Thursday and I hope it goes well so we will see

  9. ER was a filthy mess not just from a busy day, but caked on dust that’s been there forever on the chair rails and base boards. Everything looks worn out even though it’s not that old. The dried blood on the wall was special too.

  10. A well working community fueled by intelligent medical professionals with their priorities set in the right direction. From a professional medical perspective, I would trust this hospital with my family members lives.

  11. I gave birth at this location and was just told they couldn’t help my 3 years old son and that they didn’t have any pediatricians and I been taking my son here for 2 years I never encountered anything as disrespectful as this she told me to take my son to children’s and it’s jammed packed with kids how is this a hospital

  12. nobody took me seriously at all, and it was almost as if the staff had never spoken a word to each other. they discharged me after only 3 days (and it was over the weekend, so I didn’t get to attend any groups) and they said I was totally …

  14. Let me start by saying the nurses were by far the best experience I had in there. Each nurse was kind and went out of their way to comfort me and listen. As I recall, I had a four minute conversation with a doctor/psychiatrist at the …

  15. The worst I was there for 5 hours it was only 4 people in the children emergency room. When I finally got to the back no body was in there and none of the docs or nurse’s was doing anything but talking to each other they took two hrs to come to my daughters room. I left and went somewhere else

  16. All i can say are the facts: had a mammogram and bone density test scheduled for 1:20 pm on a Saturday, arrived at 1:04 pm. Left at 1:27 pm. So 2 test to benefit my body and it was done before lunch ended. THAT IS WHAT I CALL SERVICE. ANY QUESTIONS???

  17. Everything you want a hospital to be,,,competent, timely, friendly, pleasant atmosphere, easy parking, really quite lovely landscaping and decor. I wish i took note of eveyones name to mention them specifically..i apologize because each person from beginning to end were fabulous and should be mentioned

  18. Mother had stents put in 3 arteries and they were great. Very friendly. The wait for staff and answers from the docs left something to be desired, but other than that it was a good experience.

  19. Undisputedly, the most caring and compassionate hospital staff in the entire tristate area. Excellent physicians, and best cardiac care and joint and spine physicians in Cincinnati.

  20. This is a horrible hospital. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone that I know and love. They kept sending my dad home with pain medicine instead of trying to figure out what’s really going on with him. Please avoid going to this hospital. It’s pointless!

  21. This place is so helpful. I have the most incredible doctors and nurses. They made me feel at home and took the nervousness away. I would reccomend Christ to anyone who needs medical attention.

  23. The doctors, nurses, staff and facilities are great. The billing department, however, is a nightmare! They consistently lose payments and applies them to the wrong things. I’d be surprised if they don’t go bankrupt

  24. Nasty terrible hospital, slowest experience I’ve ever had with a hospital been here for four hrs haven’t heard any news and barely saw two or more employee! I wish I could offer no stars because that’s what I’d have to give in today’s …

  25. Please give them a try, if you’re hurting and lost and don’t know how to get back on your feet. Ms. Denise is a saint, Scott is amazing, the nurses are sweet and kind, and Rebecca is the most attentive and patient nurse practitioner you’ll …

  26. Christ hospital is some killer’s, you come in for a check up, then they tell you need some heart exam ,then surgery, they juice up, they can’t be trusted, and not to mention the doctors or younger than expected, the doctors made a mistake with instrument and covered it Up KILLER’S

  27. If i could rate them a zero i would…. Worst NICU ever! Bunch of old hags that have all of 2 babies to care for and still can not give accurate care to one of the 2 babies they care for… At least day shift…. The night shift seems to …

  34. HORRIBLE PEOPLE – Dr. Kremer, Dr. Seal, Dr. Chung, Pam (office manager). People mean nothing to you and you are the most uncaring, insensitive doctors ever! MAYFIELD CLINIC is the best place to go. Also, please don’t tell me to call your number – tried that to file a grievance and was totally ignored.

  35. Went to the Emergency department cause of gastroparesis acting up and since I wasnt in excruciating pain by the time I got there was told the ER is not a joke by front desk attendant then not seen. As if my life is a joke NO THANKS CHRIST HOSPITAL. You deserve no stars.

  43. My great grandmother has gotten cancer a few times before and recently she’s been having seizures. They let her go home instead of running a colonoscopy test to see if her cancer came back. I wouldn’t recommend this hospital to anyone.

  44. The nurse, Heather, lied about what I said and made herself look so good. And, other comments were incorrect. They had wrong family doctor and my address. One nurse wanted to give me a nicotine patch. I don’t smoke. I wasn’t important …

  49. My father received inpatient care at TCH in February 2018, then again in September 2018. He (and I) were treated with the utmost kindness and quality care. Physicians accurately diagnosed and treated Dad quickly. The Nurses and PCAs were eager to help in every way possible. Thanks to a great team of professionals!

  54. This was my first and perhaps LAST time coming here. The receptionist was extremely nasty and the staff even the doctor were cold and seemingly not interested in assisting me. It felt as though my presence was unwanted. I most definitely won’t be referring any friends or family members to this practice.

  66. Though the people are nice, every visit to any Christ facility feels like drive-thru medicine. The doctors never take a lot of time with you. It’s in and out as quick as they can process you. This doesn’t inspire confidence that you are getting high quality health care.
