The quality of care is horrendous after waiting for three hours in the emergency room needing 16 stitches in my hand Loft went to an urgent care 30 miles away and was stitched up and out in under 45 minutes while the doctor and two nurses we’re eating Subway and laughing and telling jokes while we waited
I definitely have nothing negative to say what so ever. They saved my life. And have taken care of many family and friends. And I have to add the breakfast is really good.
Went there because I have pain in my kidneys and all they did was give me a shot and I am still having the pain but a lot worse and I know for a fact that I have kidney stones but no one would listen to me I would never be using this hospital again
My sister heard the Nurse say they need to stop calling and bringing my niece in for seizures. She couldn’t breathe . She wasnt coming out of it. Bonham is a joke.
They killed my friends husband…this hospital was very UNCOMPASSIONATE when they called my friend to tell her her husband WAS DEAD…we picked up his belongings and his cell phone charger was stolen. Dr. Timm and Dr. Worsham always go above and beyond for their patients. They are very kind and caring.

The doctors there have gotten better since TMC has taken over. Everyone there is nice to me when I visit the ER for an emergency
