Been waiting for over 5 hours for someone to call me back.They lost the order from my doctor.I am taking my business elsewhere. I don’t even think they deserve a 1 star rating
Worst service I have ever had.
I guess since they are propped up by the bloated medical/insurance industry
they don’t feel accountable. I wish I could go somewhere else for my supplies!
I have been trying to order cpap supplies since the end of August. I call every other day leaving messages. Very unresponsive. I will take my business elsewhere.
Not very good at calling back. Doctor makes recommendation, says they will call you and they never do. Always, have to call them. Very slow service. Some employees are wierd and less than nice to their clients. Disappointing to say the least.
If I could give them a 0 I would. I was done with my oxygen months ago and they just kept refusing to pick it up and just kept charging my insurance. Rude customer service.

Custom wheelchair was ordered for my son. Said it would be 6 to 8 weeks. Still haven’t received the chair and now going on 13 weeks. Insurance approved claim. Not sure what the hold up is but very unsatisfied with this company.

What a terrible experience trying to get compression stockings for my brother. I was told if the Dr faxes a script they have 95 faxes waiting and they didn’t know when they would get to it. Compression stockings were $80.00, got comparable at Walgreens for $35.00, just not the name brand.

Had the machine I needed ready the next day. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in demonstrating how to use it.
