What a poor excuse for an organization. They wasted over an hour of my time, giving me directions to a place that doesn’t really exist so to speak and had me drive around for over an hour to then break a promise to me. I will never recommend this organization for their poor planning.
On With Life is a unique facility that deals with traumatic brain injury and stroke recovery. They really listen to your needs and design a program to help meet those needs.
It’s been right at 20 years since Ken and I we’re there after our accident, March 27, 1999. Made some improvements which only adds to the quality of care and service they (each individual who’s employed there.
The professionals at on with life are exceptionally knowledgeable and skilled at caring for people with brain injuries. My son recently suffered a brain injury for which he received treatment there. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Clean. Helpful/Pleasing staff. Excellent care is provided to their residents/patients. This is a place that shows genuine effort in providing the best overall care possible for each individual there.
Have only had initial evaluation appts so far but very impressed with attitude of all staff – friendly, caring, express clear concern for patients while maintaining and optimistic demeanor. Have hope for improvements.
I have a friend that is there after having a stroke. The workers are very
friendly and helpful. They are willing to answer help you understand what is going on with the patient. Very attentive to the well being of the patient. Want the patient to succeed so they can possible have a normal life if possible.
I was a patient served due to a brain injury after being thrown from a motorcycle. The On With Life staff is amazing, from therapist, kitchen staff, housekeeping, office staff, nursing staff & nursing aids. No complaints on my whole …
You will feel like family when you first enter OWL. The staff’s care is above and beyond what I’ve ever experienced in other places throughout my illness. I’ve spent time in both outpatient and inpatient care. The therapists are so creative …
My 27 year old grandson had a stroke in December. He was at mercy hospital then mercy rehab then on to on with life in January. Graduated April 4th from there and is now going to outpatient therapy there. All of the people there are so good with all who go there.
Attending a continuing education course at On with Life. It is an outstanding rehab facility from what I have seen. The therapist are welcoming and proud of their facility.
I refer to On With Life as Hogwarts, because it is a magical building full of magical people! Before I was blessed enough to come to O.W.L. Dr.s thought it probable that I never talk/walk again. Now I live independent Downtown and have a perfect (for me) part-time job!
