Just spent the last 17 months with multiple health issues including cancer and never had a single issue with getting the bills paid. Anytime I had a question they went out of their way to help me.

This is a beautiful, still newish building in downtown Des Moines! Definitely worth stopping by, and I’m sure it’s a decent place to work at as well.
Offices are close on the weekend so you can’t contact any body and their app doesn’t work, makes it pointless to have it. Why wouldn’t they fix the app if there is no other way to get information. Terrible customer service.

Very disappointed with service. I have a new cancer diagnoses and had to cancel my scheduled scans because Wellmark needs 15 days to approve the scans. I have been a nurse for 30 years and hope I have never made my patients feel as helpless and mistreated as Wellmark has.
