Doctor is very nice and knowledgeable, but customer service is ABYSMAL! Call the office in February and get a voicemail that the office is closed and will reopen on December 26th! Also leave multiple messages before anyone will ever call you back. A shame because this was an amazing practice back in the day.

Place is a total rip off overcharge your insurance. They charge double the price then any other place for the same service.
Dr. Eve Lowenstein is an outstanding and very knowledgeable doctor. Have been one of her patients for many years now.
Dr Russell is the best he treated the nail infection I had for years. It is completely gone. I had treatment with other dermatologists in the pass the infection keep reoccurring.

Definitely over book time slots, but they need to keep the patient informed not tell them they don’t know why or didn’t realize. Need to rethink about going back here.
