terrible customer service policy when late on payment, two SNAIL MAIL notifications within 2 weeks and call it a day…off to the credit reporting bureau for you to deal with a 100 point drop in your credit score for the next 7 years…what’s wrong with a courtesy phone call?…thanks MSU FU, wish I could give zero stars

Cheap customer service. Shipped my new debit card with the wrong PIN. So I had to ask them to ship another one with the correct PIN, but they shipped again with another WRONG PIN.
