Drive thru is horrible . If you have a hour to kill be second in line . Just add another hour for every place in line there after.

I’ve dealt with this branch on a few occasions and have always been treated with the upmost respect. The staff have always been polite and very helpful.
The phone banking is a JOKE! The prompts they give you lead you in circles. No way to leave a message or make an appointment….just sit on hold forEVER!!
Security guy creeped me out. Told me to get off of the field because someone will come run me out. Lol could have asked me nicely and not threaten me. Just chillin with my dog.
Every time I come the drive thru is so slow I spend at least 20 minutes waiting. Today I waited for 20 minutes to get to the ATM to be told transactions are unavailable. I dread going to this bank.
I have been a member since 2018 and if I ever had a issue with my account I could always call and get the problem figured out while taking in the phone keep up the good work everyone.
I made an appointment over the phone super easy took a few times but someone always called me back. They came right to my car on time and were super friendly helpful!!

First time here. Not impressed. Waited 5 min for receptionist then another 20 to speak to an actual human. Not friendly at all. If this woman smiles her face might crack. This place was recommended by our contractor. Otherwise we would just walk out. Horrible place.

I have been using this branch for over a decade and have had nothing but great customer service. The only time I have had to wait in line is at peak hours when you would expect to have to wait, but even then the lines move quickly. I will continue to do my banking with them for a long time.
