  11. The new check in system does not work for everyone. Hard to see, touch screen doesn’t work. And a total waste of time. And waste of a payroll for staff to sit there at the front desk with attitudes when you ask why there check ins aren’t working!

  12. Our Dr is fantastic, my only problem with Sun Life Healthcare is their new phone system, it’s impossible to get anyone to take your call to make an appointment. After trying for over 4 days, multiple times a day we finally drove in to Casa Grande, went in and was able to get an appointment.

  24. I find checking in with my doctor to be easy and quick. Rarely do I have to wait more than fifteen minutes at the most. His nurses are efficient and helpful.
