Generally a more difficult location to do business with 3 out of 3 times there. Slow , ignorant and incompetent but at least they’re handling your money.
This used to be a very good organization, unfortunately bad leadership has resulted in a very poorly managed organization that has long lines and bad service.
So awkward at their stone address so silent and people whispering no background music …takes for ever. They try to be proper but Dang. I’m not needy and it was a Slow experience
the wait to see an associate are lengthy. Associates seem like they do not know what they are doing the ask each other and call other people, telling one thing and eventually giving you a total different response.
I have been a long time customer with them! Great customer service. Also, their over the phone audio response system is awesome and very helpful if you can’t get online.
Every time I have been here it has been a smooth pleasant experience. Most recently working with Robert Moore and he really went above and beyond! Could not be happier.

For some reason On every holiday when the bank is closed the atm is also down such an inconvenience… I had to deposit money for a payment that was coming out so now i have a fee because of that I know there are other locations but they are way out of my way.
Great customer service! Lines can be long but it’s worth it once you get helped. They are SUPER nice and helped me with multiple transactions. I’m one of the reasons the line can take so long.
Been a long time member and always received knowledgeable and friendly customer service with out fail from the teller to the loan officer or the person answering the phone. Dealing with this bank for over 10 years. Have a checking, savings accounts and have two car loans payed off with them. Great staff and professional service.
At least this location allows you inside, rather than having to sit in line for an hour plus such as the Silverlake location. So I give it a three star rating.
Beautifully decorated, open interior, excellent service, and a large number of tellers to speed you through. It is a co-op credit union that invests in the community, unlike mainstream banks. What’s not to love. Rene was also extremely helpful in my transactions.

I’m normally greeted with a warm welcome at this bank but it has changed recently and the newer staff is not as friendly and welcoming. I had to return with additional documents and was greeted very rudely by the lady in the lobby, I ended up leaving. Will not be returning to this branch.
The man that helped me was super nice but the wait in line was also super long inside. Only 2 windows were open & it took a long time. It’s a nice building & very clean.
I really have enjoyed working with PFCU over the decades. Their personnel are attentive and they are a great community bank. I’ll definitely do business with them in the future!
The bank tellers are nice. I was constantly having issues with the atm drive-thru. I was told twice, both different times that I would be contacted about a possible money issue, and it never happened. One of the times was with a manager. Been patient for almost a month. It’s time for a new bank.
Pima FCU just implemented a new website which is totally disappointing. Their president even sent an email to members admitting it doesn’t work. Your wait time for phone help is nearly 2 hours.
I feel very cared for at this credit union. There are no monthly fees on my accounts and the staff are all super friendly and helpful. I feel much more comfortable here than at a major bank because of the personal atmosphere.
