We had a pipe break and were out of town. NPUD recognized the “excessive water use” and shut off our service. We returned and called on Saturday at 5pm to have our service restored after fixing the problem. Jason shower up 45 minutes after our call and restored service. GREAT customer service!!!! Thank you NPUD!!!
